I bought this after reading the reviews because I had newly installed engineered hardwood floors. I didn't want something that was going to leave the floors wet and I was interested in this because you don't need any type of cleanser with it, the water heats to a high temperature and steams the floor. This means you won't be left with a film on your floor and you'll never have any type of build-up. Very easy to use, very sanitary. Maneuverability It has a nice long cord so you don't have to keep changing outlets. The head swivels so it's easy to use in corners or tight spaces. Ease of Maintenance Basically maintenance free, just wrap the cord up and stick it in the closet till next time. Versatility This steamer works great on my engineered hardwood floor and you can flip the switch to a different setting and use it on tile floors. Does a beautiful job cleaning the tile. Design This steamer is small, very lightweight, and easy to maneuver. Durability I've had mine over a year and I've never had any problem with it.
