The Graco Digital Color Video Monitor has been very unreliable for us.  It frequently loses signal and several times I have woken to my baby screaming from his room, the monitor having turned off (and it was plugged in so it wasn't the battery).  It does beep when the unit loses signal, but it isn't very loud. The battery life is also very short.  I usually need to plug the parent unit in before my son is done napping.  Also, there isn't a low battery warning.  The unit just turns off.  We use a sound machine in my son's room, so I know when it has turned off.  Otherwise, I would have no idea when the battery runs out.  The monitor does give a good picture during the day, but it is grainy and dark at night.  All in all, the unit has worked ok for our needs, with the exception of it losing signal at night.  I actually ended up using an old audio unit for at night.   We bought it pretty cheap at a store closing sale, otherwise I probably would have returned it.  Definitely not worth paying full price.

This monitor worked great for us for 9 mos.  Then something changed in our home and we started having interference that prevented it's use.  We let Graco know this and they refunded our cost 100%.  Great service, great product.
