I have had my dell now for about a year. The first day I brought it it was messed up. To this day I hit on save as trying to save a file, pic, doc. and it takes me to everything but. I also am getting a bunch of apple updates wanting to install. It has windows vista on it so why would they want to keep downloading apple things unto it. This drives me up a wall and I am not happy with the purchase. It was truly a steal at 300.00 bucks but is this truly worth it when we do so many things online? I go to school and I have lost about everything on here having to go back in and can't even find my trash. It has totally dissapeared off the computer. I looked several times at the Dell website for help and no help is available. They do have lots of forums on what to do if I wonder why? I love the monitor and it has never given me any problem. The speakers or also good but It is a little confusing when you go to save your files on a disk all of it is on one drawer the first one and it is decieving because it says read and writeable. Anyway this is a must have for children but I am still hoping it makes it pass its one year mark. It has been one big problem after a next. :Latonia Griswold
