I got this laptop for the big screen and the 10 key on the side.  Also for the processor.  But from month 2 I've had problems.  When booting up the machine, sometimes it freezes.  When it goes to sleep after having been dormant for a while, when I wake it up and start using it, it is very slow.  I usually have to restart to get the laptop to run smoothly.  Another frustration is the touch pad.  It is so sensitive that when I am typing and my hand brushes it at all, it registers and moves the cursor.  Extremely frustrating to have to continue to fix mistakes made by the cursor moving. I've really enjoyed the spacious keys and the 10key on the right side.  It has plenty of USB ports and I like that the power cord plugs into the side of the laptop and not the back.  I dislike the headphone port being in the front.  That makes it easy to knock which will ruin the port in the end.  I also dislike that the SD card slot is on the front. It's easy to bump it and out it comes. Overall, I wish I would have gotten a different computer.
