I first researched on line to find basic information of a treadmill and received an entire education from the fitness blowout site. There was more information that I could have hoped to find and I found it to be enlightening but not especially sales oriented. Additionally the actual sales people that I contacted via telephone were most helpful.  I found the suggestions made were honest and showed concern for me as the consumer.  Some of the sales suggestions were for additional purchase of accessories but some were of a nature to save me money or made a recomendation of "you may not need that."  The treadmill arrived when promised. The tread mill itself is of the highest quality.  The tilt is controlled either by touch pad on the screen or in the handles and activates smoothly even during operation.  It also lowers easily without hesitation or disruption of service.  The heart rate monitor is accurate and displays on the screen after 10 seconds.  It tracks the time spent, speed, calories burned and has an emergency shut off that works as it should.  There are a variety of programs with numerous challenge levels.
