I love the kettle cooked chips from Cape Cod. They are fried perfectly and have just the right amount of salt. I enjoy the crunchiness and wonderful potato flavor and eat them plain or with dip. They hold up well when dipping them in salsa. I think they are on the greasy side and this may be just from the kettle cooked technique itself. They are harder than regular chips so be careful with dental work. I eat them for a yummy, decadent snack frequently.
