Lays Kettle Cooked Chips are different from other chips. They stand out in a deliciously innovative way. The main difference between Lay's Kettle Cooked Chips and other types is the crunch. Unlike most other chips, the chips are very stiff and not as easy to break. You don't have to worry about getting a bag of crumbs and small chip pieces. Also, the are cooked and prepared differently. I love that. The hold up very well and don't easily get stale either. They don't need any type of dip or additives to make them complete.They have a thicker texture and they don't have as light consistency as other brands. They have just enough salt. The flavor is not overwhelming. They are holding their ground as a brand and keeping up with new aged trends. I am a very satisfied customer. I would recommend these to family a family member or a friend with confidence. I am a regular user of this product and plan to be for a long time.

I am a huge fan of kettle cooked chips, and I have to say that Lay's Kettle Cooked Potato Chips are by far the best! What's great about Lay's is the taste and texture. Lay's keeps with the natural potato taste which is great to have in a chip. The texture is outstanding! They are so crunchy but not too hard. The chips can be a little oily, but they aren't over the top. They have the perfect amount of salt and are a great kettle chip. I recommend them for everyone!

The Kettle Cooked variety of chips have a slightly crisper, cleaner flavor than the standard Original chip from Lay's. These are definitely a different, unique taste from regular chips. I like the change and I feel a little healthier eating these, though I doubt there is any actual difference.

Lay's Kettle Cooked Chips are really good. They're extremely crispy and crunchy. They have a similar flavor and consistency to that of Cape Cop Kettle Chips. They're not quite as good as Cape Cod, but they're good enough to buy, and they cost less. They're great dipping chips, or just for eating plain.

This is how potato chips should be made, and I'm talking about Kettle Cooked chips from Lay's. They pack a walloping crunch in a variety of mouth-watering flavors including jalapeño and sea salt. It is also available with a reduced fat option. There has to be a market for better potato chips the consumer wants to buy. Most of them are messy, greasy thin, and eventually stale enough not to be fun to eat. Kettle Cooked chips have a tougher but crispier texture and taste, and is a perfect side for deli sandwiches. Other brands like Cape Cod and Utz have made decent kettle chips, but Lay's is much more satisfying in this regard. I wished all brand potato chips were similar to Lay's quality kettle offering. Because in the end, they simply don't come close.

I just tried these chips the other day. I found them to be much more flavorful than the original Lays, plus these are healthier because they are kettle cooked. I can't wait to try the other flavors as well!

I really enjoy eating "Lays Kettle Chips". They are very tasty and they go goodwith a sandwich, are great just to eat by themselves. My whole family enjoys these chips, and the different variaties that they come in. These chips are also very crunchy, more so than other potato chips. Highly recommend this tatsty  snack!

We bought these on a whim. We were having a small family barbecue, the store had a sale and we had a coupon. We got our bag nearly free so it seemed like an easy choice for two potato chip non-lovers to purchase for our potato chip loving family members. My father couldn't put the bag down and convinced me to try one. These chips are like no other potato chips! Yes, they are crunchy and yes, they are salty...but there is almost zero grease factor! We will continue to by these for just such occasions...and maybe for ourselves as well since they are just so good!

I purchased these new Lay's Kettle Cooked Chips because they were new and I had to try them.  At first they seemed a little bit too crunchy!  I mean they are crunchy and you'd best have a good set of teeth on you if you plan on eating these Potato Chips!  After you eat a handful or two the jaws of your mouth adapt and can chew these chips much easier.  They are so good!  There is not too much salt or too little salt.....just right.  I love the folded chips the best.  My husband and I always fight over the folded chips in any bag we buy - they are the best.  With Lay's Kettled Cooked Potato Chips 50% or more are folded.  Gotta love it!  These chips are great with dip or salsa.  They have the strength to handle most any kind of dip without breaking.  I believe that these chips are going to be a new favorite in my family.  Everyone loved them and were a big hit.  I love the coupon that the manufacture sent out in the papers and hope they do it again.  I highly recommend these chips but be warned they are the crunchiest chips you will ever eat!

I have been addicted since the very first chip, and not without good reason. The second a chip touches your tongue, your hit with the salty goodness. They easily crunch in your mouth, and have a truely delicious taste. Lays Kettle Cooked chips go best with Pizza, Hamburgers, French Fries, and any flavor of Mountain Dew. They are nearly Identical to Kettle Brand Chips, so if you are a fan of those you will also enjoy Lays. Give them a try, and you too will be shouting "KETTLE CoooooOOKED!"
