This review is in regards of the **Canon DR-2020U Flatbed Scanner. **You might think that products manufactured by Canon would be high quality. This product is just the opposite. Although, looks can be deceiving, this product might have the aesthetics to please any consumers, however, fails to scan. This machine was suppose to deliver high quality scans but fail to produce 5/10 scans I submitted. The user interface for this machine is quite user-friendly with its bundled software. This machine also offers an automatic paper/document feed that holds up to 20 pages for various scans. There was one feature I really enjoyed, which includes compatible software's: Canon's CapturePerfect and Adobe Acrobat (an important scanner program). This machine can hold up to 50 sheet of paper and provide 24-bit color. Perhaps, I recieved a dead on arrival device. The cost on this machine was hefty ( not your ordinary scanner price). The optical resolution of 1200 DPI also offers great quality for photo image. If you're looking for an office scanner to do various work, please research before you drop the big bills. ****
