I shopped at Boden online because I saw a friend with a coat from there and I absolutely loved it. Since then, I ordered a few times but I'm always a little disappointed. I love J Crew and the stuff I receive from Boden is somewhat comparable, but it's always lesser quality and more expensive at Boden. Plus, the shipping is weird 5-9 business days for standard?

As Christmas is approaching, I have been searching for a sweet Christmas gift for my wife. I came across this website and began to check it out. They have a wide variety of products available for all ages, and I enjoyed shopping for a gift. But when I began to look at a few products in more detail, I was surprised at how expensive they were. This is definitely not a discount website concerned for those who live on a limited budget. It is a luxury site; only those who are very rich will want to shop here consistently. For a special gift for a special person I was willing to spend more money once, and the experience was good. They do offer free standard shipping on purchases over $49, and with the prices on the site, it is not hard to reach this goal. That is a nice benefit to shopping here, and I was happy to take advantage of the offer. For someone on a limited budget like myself, I would recommend this site for the occasional purpose.

I love Boden's style. Their clothes are beautifully crafted and well made! Their products are classic but trendy and well made. They are great quality clothing, and definitely made to last. Their website is easy to navigate and they have a lot of styles to choose from. I usually try to hit them up when they have a really good sale. I haven't had any problems getting the products that I have ordered. Everything has been correct and shipped out fast and on time. I feel like their clothes fit true to size. My favorite is to get clothes for my baby. Their baby clothes are always fashion forward and they look so cute when she wears them! There aren't any local stores here so I always use their website to buy their clothes. I like how unique they are compared to the cookie cutter clothing stores where I live. It's excellent quality and I always get complimented on the pieces I own from Boden!

As noted in my title, my biggest reason for a high rating, and a positive review, relates to the overall quality and greatness of the customer service. I have only ordered from Boden a few times, thus far, but I feel inclined to order more frequently when a company has excellent customer service, and this company seems to have just that. The negative aspect of boden, to me, relates only to the price tag of some of the items. Sometimes, higher priced items are much higher quality, lasting for many years, making it worth the priced paid. Other times, it seems like the prices are super high for what I get. If it seems like a flimsy, thin, low quality material, when the clothing piece arrives, it honestly disappoints me SO much. For the most part Boden does have quality items, but a few items do seem overpriced. To be fair, I am a frugal gal, and I don't like to splurge too much on shopping. So, maybe for those who regularly buy high end brands, this retailers prices won't seem high. Back to my comment about customer service, though, I was very pleased, when one of my items did not arrive, and boden shipped another out, which arrived quickly!

Boden and Mini Boden clothes are amaze-balls and their site is easy to use. I love the quality of these British clothes and it seems like they are stocking them in the US with their bodenusa.com website. They do, however, point out that the items may be shipped internationally and could take longer. But that was not my experience. After ordering from their site (with no sales tax, yay!) I received my items USPS with a signature required in only a couple of days. The order was shipped immediately and the website showed a status that it was in queue to ship and then shipped. I really appreciate the websites that do this. My only issue with them is the cost of shipping. While I appreciate a flat rate, $10 is a high shipping cost in my opinion. They do offer free shipping promotions from time to time and they also run a lot of promo codes but I would rather them offer free ship or a lower flat rate and less promo codes. Overall, I find their site easy to use and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the clothes. You can wash them again and again and they still look brand new.

I love Boden, both for adult clothing and their kids lie! Never having been a person to like the "cookie cutter" look, I like the variety that Boden offers. The prints on their clothing is so much fun! I constantly get asked, "where did you get that?" (referring to an article of their clothing I am wearing). While I wouldn't say that their prices are the cheapest, you get what you pay for. I have been very pleased with the quality of what they sell. Boden's shipping time is to commended as well. Generally I can have an item at my door within just a few days. Although I have not needed to use it, they have a generous return policy as well. Boden is a company that treats it's customers well, which is something that seems to be rare these days. The one thing I do wish that they would do is bring back their referral program. It was nice to get a discount for sending customers to their company. Their site is easy to navigate and offers ample views of what they sell. Overall, I am very happy with this company!

I really love Boden dresses! They are so cute, stylish & not super expensive. They are also made of quality fabric, not the cheap materials that most clothes these days are made of. I'm not sure if Boden has any retail stores, but there are none in my area, so if I want to wear their awesome clothes I have to shop online. I am a big fan of their ecommerce site! They always have sales, specials and promo offers running which is nice. Do some investigating online for a coupon code before buying anything, since you should never have to pay full price at Boden. Their site is easy to navigate and make purchases from. Their sizing charts are easy to read and understand as well, which is important if you are buying clothes online & can't try them on. With what I've purchased, I think that they run true to size with their listed dimensions. The checkout process is pretty smooth & my packages arrived fairly quickly which was nice. I couldn't wait to wear my dresses and they have become my new favorite!
