This biscuit mix is so easy to prepare and the taste is great. They almost remind me of fast food biscuits but with every bite you take, you are killing yourself. Betty crocker just can not make a little less money to not kill their customers. They are still making these with a ton of trans fats. The mix has 2.5, yes, 2.5 grams of trans fats per serving. This biscuit mix has one of the higher trans fats that I have seen. I grew up on betty crocker products and so I am amazed that they care so little about their customers. It is inexcusable for companies to still have trans fats in their products because everyone now knows the health dangers with eating trans fats. I love the taste and ease of making these but they are not worth the increased risk of heart disease, strokes, diabetes or cancer. I do not recommend these to anyone, not even my worse enemy. If you love life, you will avoid all these bad fats!
