I absolutely love Bath and Body's Sleep Lavender and Vanilla Body Wash, I never want to run out of it so I always make sure I have plenty in stock. I squirt a small amount in my bath water every night, it only takes a small amount and makes a great bubble bath as well as smelling fantastic and the smell is very relaxing. Anytime we travel away from home I make sure I take along a bottle. I also love Bath and Body's other Sleep products!

If you like taking bubble baths, try this one out! The Bath and Body Works Aromatherapy line is definitely a good line of products to try out. If you don't like lavender and vanilla scents, this is not the product for you. But if you like taking hot relaxing bubble baths, use this for your bubbles. It will add another level of relaxation to your bath. I've never used this as a body wash, only as a bubble bath. I do find that I have to use more than expected to get the right amount of bubbles, but it could be that I just like a lot of bubbles. It makes the water feel silky and smooth, and that feeling persists on my skin after using it. It definitely smells of lavender and vanilla. The scent can be a little strong, but I find it to be very relaxing and soothing. I think it smells more like lavender than vanilla. This bubble bath is a good product to try when you want to wind down from a stressful day and just want to breathe in some relaxation.

I have to rate this bath and body works shower gel a high 10. I have used many of their products and I found this one to be one of the most effective. It does exactly what it says it does, helps with your stress. This is a great product to come home and use from a long stressful day at work. Some people think that since it's "sleep foam body wash" that it's supposed to put them to sleep after using it. What this does is it relaxes you with the aromatherapy oils inside it, making it easier for you to wind down, relax and have a good nights sleep. It is a very creamy lather, foams up nicely so a little goes a long way. Love this shower gel and I think you will too. Effectiveness This shower gel works very effectively. You breathe in the aromatherapy oils and they help you relax before bed. I love the feeling this shower gel leaves on my skin, very soft and smooth. You can still smell the lavender on your skin hours later. Scent This is a wonderful scent, mostly lavender with a hint of vanilla. The lavender really helps you relax and the vanilla adds a nice feeling of comfort to it. It isn't a feminine smell so it can be used by males or females.

I really love the lavender vanilla scent .This scent is very relaxing to shower with and this Aromatherapy Sleep body wash really is soothing to the skin as well as making you feel ready to get a good night's sleep.The only negative I have found is that the aromatherapy products are somewhat pricier than other Bath and body collection shower gels but the more natural products usually are somewhat more expensive than othet types of products. I feel that it is worth the price for the amount of product in the bottle . Effectiveness The Aromatherapy Sleep lavender vanilla scented body wash works very well to make you feel clean and very relaxed. The pleasant scent of lavender and vanilla lingers on your skin. Scent I find the lavender vanilla fragrance very soothing and pleasant. I like that the lavender vanilla scent is not too strong and yet lingers on you skin following its use.

I have always been a believer in aromatherapy techniques. I love how the body's senses can be eased and soothed by aromas and without using harmful substances. I have always had trouble relaxing before bed so when I saw this Lavender and Vanilla scented body wash I had to get it right away. I really like that it can be used as bath foam as well for those nights when I want to take a relaxing bath before bed. In my experience this is the best use for the aromatherapy. I find it really beneficial and very soothing for not only my skin but for relaxing my mind. I really liked the combination of lavender and vanilla which are two of my favorite scents. After each use I feel much better and experience a calmer and deeper nights sleep. Scent I love that the lavender and vanilla smell authentic. They aren't phony and artificial smelling. It's a powerful duo that works perfectly together.

If your stress out in need a break or just want to relax, this will do the trick. My favorite way to use this product is in the bath because I just feel that it is more relaxing. It gives a good smell and foam without using too much product. For a quick fix you can also use it in the shower to give the same effects. I love the smell of lavender and vanilla together, it almost smells like some kind of cupcake or dessert. The lavender smell definitely does the job to relax and the vanilla is just an added bonus. You do get a generous amount of product in the bottle, and there is no alcohol smell which I sometimes find combined with the lavender. As with most of the Bath & Body Works products, they can be pretty pricy if there is not a special or if you do not have coupons. However, they are usually running specials, and there are several coupons on the web and at the end of the receipts after you do a survey.

The Aromatherapy foam bath from bath & body works is awesome! I love this stuff! I use the product as a shower gel on a "poufy" sponge & also as bubble bath in the jacuzzi. The smell is great & i really helps to relax you! I also have the aromatherapy candle that I light when taking a bath to step up my therapy a notch! The foam bath is really versatile & smells great. It also seems to last a really long time - especially if you use it as a shower gel & put it on a poufy sponge. Just a little bit of product will lather your entire body. I have been using mine nearly everyday since Christmas & still have over half a bottle. Although the price is a little higher than what you would see at a drugstore, I think the benefits far outweigh the small increase in cost. I also like the slender, modern design of the bottle. I think the sleek packaging fits with the aromatherapy theme that they are going for. Get a bottle today!
