I was lured into getting a card with a lage limit and a year of 0% interest. Then I lost my job and the market went south and they were allowed to bump that rate to 29.99%. then I had trouble paying and they would not help me. Long story short I got behind and had to settle my account with them.

The Bank of America Master Card is a card that offers several reward features.  The card rewards one airline mile for every dollar spent.  Other rewards include cash back ,merchandise and hotel rooms. The card has no annual fee, a 25 day grace period, travel protection and cancellation insurance, fraud monitoring, and buyer protection.  The reward program for air miles is restrictive for those requiring flexiblity in air travel.  For certain times and travel locations the traveler may have to pay an additional fee for redeeming their miles for a ticket.  In some cases the traveler may require more miles for the same ticket.  Cash back rewards need a minimum of 5000 miles for redemption and are not as attractive an option as other reward cards. One nice feature is the fraud protection offered by this card.  If a suspicious charge is made to the card, Bank of America wiill notify the customer or in some cases not allow the charge.  This is especially true of foreign transactions.  With good credit, Bank of america will offer high credit limits with low annual fees.  This is especially convenient for those individuals who do alot of traveling such as myself. The customer service representiatives are especially courteous and professional. when I have contacted them.  Overall the card is useful for those who have great credit and pay their balances in full every month.

Bank of America has a very good credit card. More importantly, their website has some pretty advanced functionality. The rewards are average. In my case, any earnings are transferred to a Upromise account. I have a fairly high credit limit on my Bank of America card, so I use it for all my large purchases. I tend to use another card for everyday purchase. That card has a much better rewards program, but the credit limit is a lot lower. Bank of America has 2 real advantages, and 1 downside. The first advantage--and the one that really sets it apart--is the instantaneous updates when charges go through. Most websites will simply give you the outstanding balance and the available credit. Bank of America shows you all the relevant information regarding pending charges. It's a real nice feature, and it makes it much easier for me to keep track of things. They also have extensive client support. There is a downside: the navigation of the website is very awkward. Even the Bank of America folks admit that.

I have 2 cards with bank of america and feel I will never be able to pay them off. The carnival card was on auto pay but they didn't take a big enough payment which put me over limit. It took 8 months of argueing to get some of the fees removed, by then I was behind in  my other credit cards and they hiked the rate. They were rude and would not work with me, I only got results by contacting carnival and they still didn't lower the rate although it was their mistake.   t

I have always been skeptical about rewards points offered by credit card companies. However, when I decided to cash-in the points I had earned through my Bank of America MasterCard, I was amazed with the ease of requesting the reward as well as how fast I received it.

We'll people out there stop searching for a credit card that I have what you are looking for is a Bank of America credit card that has low interests fees.I thought that I wasn't going to like it but I was wrong about that this card put me out of my misery that I was able to pay alot of things that i could never buy in my lifetime.There's no moe saying I don't have any money you just grab your card and buy it with no excuses,if you can afford to pay the amount that there telling you to pay each month you can come to an agreement with them and pay the minimum.That's why I don't leave the house without my credit card,because if I don't have cash I could use it anywhere and that why I'am not worried about loosing money or getting robbed.This credit card can almost fit anywhere you don't have to carry a long purse to have this "MASTERCARD" with you.So all people out there I truly recommend you this card and if you don't like it just simply return it.

At a time, where companies are spending millions in marketing and claiming world class service and thank you for being a loyal customer, you find that their practices are not in alignment with their marketing speak. They took away 4800 points and never told me about it.  The Rewards Activity shows a Balance, Points Earned, Points Redeemed and Points Transferred.  No mention of "Points Expired" or any notification or warning.  Every loyalty program that I belong to notify when your points/miles expire.  So, with Bank of America's World Mastercard, you have no idea when your points are going to expire.  They said that it is their responsibility to let us know how much is earned and it is our responsibility to keep track of when it is going to expire.  This is how they provide World Class Service and are really Client Friendly.

The Bank Of America World Travelers Credit card involves a fee and honestly I feel it's rediculous for the service. I dont see the perks coming along. I'm new here so had to start somewhere but this is not a card I would recommend to somebody. It does the work of a credit card but it is nothing more than that. The reward program isn't that great. It takes to a World Travelers website but the discounts aren't that great. You can find better deals and discounts in expedia and even orbitz. It doesn't make sense to take a card for fee with no other perks or a good reward program.
