We have been really unhappy with this laptop and also with Asus' customer support. We bought it and it says it has an international warranty. Unfortunately international only means the US and Canada. This laptop had a bad motherboard from the start and every once in a while it shuts down out of the blue. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Ease of Use It is okay to use until it shuts down on you. Battery Life The battery was great at the beginning but only lasted a year. Since then it has to be plugged in at all times or it shuts down. Support & Service We fought with Asus for months about their warranty. We were living in Japan and thought things would be easy because Asus is a Japanese company but in order to have our warranty honored they said we would have to ship our laptop back to the US even though there was a Asus repair place a few hours from where we lived. Design Honestly we bought it because it is pretty. My husband liked the bamboo. Durability There are several things broken. I wouldn't recommend it for durability.
