I just love my Asus K601; it's lightweight, stylish and very easy to use. I especially liked the price tag.   I was in the market for a laptop for school, my sister-in-law suggested an Asus, saying it was a good reliable brand. The sales person also suggested it over an Acer, and even did a side by side comparison with a few other brands in the store. I was immidately sold and have been happy ever since buying it.
