Strong, durable and portable, I highly recommend this product. I have never had a problem with the 3 additional USB ports and appreciate the silent yet powerful fan. The LED light uses 3 AA batteries that I have not had to replace in 2 years. Easy to adjust and easy to store, this product is easily better than those that cost twice as much.

I got this in April, and I have had problems with it. The most irritating problem is that the only functional USB port is the one with the fan. This happened within one month of use. Basically, all this is is a fan, although I paid the price to get extra USB ports and better comfort. I use it on my bed when I'm just trying to relax usually. And if I have the laptop angled at all, then it comes sliding off eventually, even with the prongs up. And it happens often. Like I said, the USB ports is most frustrating. The main power USB port is broken, therefore I can't use any of the other USB ports built in.
