The acer aspire is the laptop im using right now.I love the experence on this computer with youtube and facebook and for email.the only thing i dont like is the mouse it clicks so loud when you click it but you can just double tap the tripad and it will click it and it wont make a loud noise.i like the backing its nice and shiny barely any scratches so its pretty much scratch proof.i would recomend this to any friend i think its a great computer.the keyboard is ok the keys are pretty much flat.its not bulky or anything like really, really thin!!!!!!!!!!!!it has a built in microphone so you can record songs like i do and  the speed on this computer is super super super fast i mean really.also cool and clear screening.the microphones have good sound.overall i give this laptop a 3.8 out of 5.all my friends think its a wonderful laptop to so if your thinking on buying this i would if i were you!!!!!!

this laptop didnt cease to amaze me from the moment i opened it and turned it on to the moment i turned it off and closed it. for a "cheap alternive" to todays more popular brands like dell, toshiba, and sony. this acer model takes the cake. it's so fast it almost feels like it knows what i'm going to click before i click it (spooky. lol.) and there's so much memory that it seems like you could download the entire world into this computer and still have room for personal documents, home videos, your favorite music, and so much more. and the battery life. dont get me started. i unplugged the laptop from the charger, went out to dinner, and while i was there i was accessing the internet for business purposes. afterwards i closed the laptop (not powered down) and sat it imy back seat. i went to the theater and saw a movie, and didnt get home until 2 1/2 hours later. when i got home i realized i didnt shut it down, AND IT STILL HAD 30 MINUTES OF BATTERY LIFE LEFT!

I have acer aspire 4720Z model. It has been more than 2 years I never had stuck problem. Its performance is fantastic. Its more delicate to use but, looks attractive and music sophistication is good too. If I buy new laptop I would make sure the make is acer only. . After personally giving up my search for a notebook or laptop about two months ago, my husband surprised me with this Acer NB Notebook.  What a great birthday present!  I love it so much.  I love that I can cuddle in bed or on the couch with my favorite blanket and talk with my friends online (oh the life of an army wife-so many friends in so many places).  This was by far the best present (well besides my five boys) that my husband has ever given me.  I can now stay warm and toasty but still constantly post photos of the boys and babies so my family up and down the east coast can see how much they are sprouting.  I love that it is a fast speed and that I can run my photography programs on it without slowing it down (now I just need an external hard drive for my well over 5,000 photos I took in the past 2 months-yeah I am photo obsessed).  It is very quiet and efficent.  I love how long the battery last and definately how light it is.  My husband had an Acer laptop with him while deployed to Iraq and it survived the desert.  Thats why I was so excited to get one for my birthday because I knew that they are very durable and with my five wonderful yet destructive at times little men I needed something that would last if they got their hands on it.  (And they have, my 4 year old loves to curl up with it and watch mickey mouse on the notebook, apparently too lazy to get out of bed in the morning lol)

I just recently purchased my Acer Aspire and I love it. I have not had one problem with it. I was very excited to pick it up from the store but even more excited when I opened up my box and pulled out my new PURPLE laptop! I loved that I had the choice between man different colors, and of course i had to pick purple. I turned it on right away and it asked me some very simple questions to get started. I love the new Windows 7 program  that came with it. It is the basic addition so there is some limitations that I wish I could get past, but unfortunately you get what you pay for. I did go ahead an purchase the extended warranty on it however because I do know how computers work and 5 out of 10 computers will have problems in the next year but 9 out of 10 will have them in the next two years. I love this computer so much that I do want to have it for alot longer than 2 years so I believe that it is a wise investment.
