By participating in this promotion, you agree to these official rules:

1. Entry: You can participate in the "10 for $10" promotion in the following way: Submit 10 reviews to Viewpoints.com beginning January 28, 2010 (12:01 AM Central time) and receive a $10 Amazon.com Gift Card claim code. The Promotion is valid until the first 10,000 reviews are received or until February 11, 2010 (11:59 PM Central time), whichever comes first. The maximum payout per user is one Amazon.com Gift Card claim code.

*All 10 reviews must be a minimum of 900 characters to qualify for the sweepstakes. (900 characters is roughly 150-200 words. The character counter provided on the review form will show the count as you type your review.)

You are ineligible to participate if you are currently participating in a Viewpoints incentive program with an affiliate partner.

Your reviews must be submitted on a product in these categories: Baby, Maternity, Beauty, Computers, Electronics, Education, Finance, Health, Home Appliances, Home & Garden, Home Improvement, Small Kitchen Appliances, Large Kitchen Appliances, Garden & Outdoor and Tools.

Reviews in the Auto, Books & Magazines, Clothing, Food/Drink, Local, Music & Arts, Movies (that are not workout videos), Office, Pets, Travel, Toys, Miscellaneous and Websites categories are ineligible for payment under this Promotion.

Viewpoints.com agrees to validate all entries within 30 days of the promotion's conclusion. Each review must be original content and uniquely created for Viewpoints.com and cannot be copied from any other online source. All Amazon.com Gift Card claim codes will be emailed out within 30 days after the program concludes.

Maximum payout is one $10 Amazon.com Gift Card claim code per participant during the promotion period. Participants are solely responsible for paying any taxes or other expenses associated with the earnings of this promotion. Viewpoints.com will report earning values to taxing authorities if required by applicable law.

2. Eligibility To participate, you must be a registered member of Viewpoints.com, legally reside in the 50 United States and be over 18 years when entering. You are ineligible if you are an employee of or consultant to Viewpoints.com or its affiliates and suppliers (or if you are an immediate family member of, or live in the same household as, one of those individuals).
