Hello, read your post on the Kellogg Yogurt Bite snack. If you call that "not too unhealthy" then I'm amazed. Loaded with sugar, then TRANS fat, wow. Also enough artificial colors to give a kid ADD temporarily... maybe, lol. You say it's okay because it contains yogurt? The only possible thing that can make yogurt healthy is enough acidophilus and other good bacterias, which are pointless unless they're supplemented in a true pill, billions of cultures in each, through expiration date... and not in some dried out junk like this. To put you into perspective, even supermarket yogurt is nearly pointless compared to TRUE probiotic supplementation. Have a nice day, hope this information helps somebody.
