For many reasons the Oral- B Cross Action Power Toothbrush has been a must have for me. I have debilitating arthritis and my hands and fingers don't work as they once did. It does the job for me, I just guide it along and it scrubs for me. The handle is easy to hold and I don't have to fiddle around with batteries either. It comes with a charger and it holds a charge for quite awhile. It gets to places traditional toothbrushes and and other power toothbrushes just don't.
