Talk about working your arms AND legs, the VitaMaster does both/

Comments about VitaMaster Air Master:

The first time I rode the VitaMaster, I was surprised at how much my arms and legs burned.  I was also surprised at how little time I was able to stay on it.  I was only able to ride for 2 minutes before I was totally out of breath.  I soon realized that I actually controlled the speed, and therefore I am now able to stay on for 10 minutes.  Using this machine is almost like riding a regular bicycle.  The difference is that your arms are constantly moving as well.  Your arms and legs moving in unison.  Moving the arms forward made it easier for me to sit more upright while riding.  The digital screen measures your time, speed, distance, and calories burned.  This machine is a bit noisy while riding.  The fan inside is powered by the pedaling of the bicycle.  If you are riding while watching television, you'll need to have the volume at a high level.  I am sure it would be better to use an IPOD or mp3 player, but you use what you have.
