Suave Professionals Weather Protection 365 Hairspray is well worth a try.  The price point makes it an impulse buy.  The promises and guarantees which are right on the bottle make this product seem like the answer to so many hair issues.  Got frizz?  This will eliminate it.  Got static?  Not if you use this product.  It protects against the wind?  Maybe the National Weather Service would like to get their hands on it.  The can reads like a qvc presentation.  All season?  Are there really hair sprays that aren't?  I bought this in the summer when humidity is a major issue for hair.  I have shoulder length hair.  In my case, I have flyaways and my hair falls flat.  I need some oomph.  The spray nozzle is too powerful for bangs.  I have sprayed from in front and above as far as I can (without shellacking the entire bathroom) and the spray moves my bangs from where I have positioned them.  I always end up restyling and respraying.  On the longer hair, I give a quick spray around to keep the blow-out in place, but not prevent movement.  The spray goes on somewhat wet which is probably why my bangs don't stay as I have styled.  It isn't sticky, but you won't run your fingers through without some resistance.  The wind still blows my hair as it will.  The overall style is maintained unless I run myself through a car wash.  The scent is clean.  The can states "respray if necessary....".   This hairspray is just one more hairspray - it isn't going to change your life.  This will not replace Elnett which is my absolute favorite hairspray.
