I saw a banner advertisement for their website while I was looking for medical supplies for my grandfather and decided I would give them a try. I had been looking for a particular item for a long time and it is pretty hard to find as they do not have a high demand. I could not find what I was looking for but decided to call in. The rep on the phone was able to help me find it and now I can help aide my grandfather much better and ensure that he is healthy. Ease of Use The site is very easy to use. It isn't cluttered with a million links instead it is categorized. They put a lot of information on the pages which also helps me a lot. Product Selection They have a great selection. I was able to find a particular monitor that we needed after looking all over the place for it. And if you can't find what you are looking for, ask one of the sales reps and they will absolutely help you out. They are very educated which helps as there are so many products and many do the same things. Having an educated sales representative makes navigating the selection a breeze. Product Pricing I have found some of the products they sell cheaper elsewhere, and I have also found similar products cheaper as well. It is definitely a little over priced however, they have a great shipping and returns policy on the items you buy through them and I was told if an item breaks they would send me out a new one without any hassle. I don't mind paying a little bit more for quality, service and a warranty. Customer Service I called to place my order instead of ordering over the web and I have to say they have some of the friendliest associates I have ever had the pleasure of speaking with. I spoke with a girl that was training and she did very good. She told me upfront that she was training and she asked if I would rather speak with a seasoned rep, I declined as I know what working in a call center entails, She took her time but she was courteous and professional and human! I hate when I call a company and they sound robotic. I asked a few questions that she didn't know the answer to and he trainer immediately jumped in to explain. They both did a great job! Shipping and Returns I did not have to make any returns but shipping was not expensive and arrived at my home before I had expected it which was great!
