They told me they put the personal back in the computer. OK.

I did not want to buy a new computer and especially during the last week of classes. But, I do what I have to do. I am on the computer a lot, and I wear them out pretty fast.

When I went shopping I saw a number of the latest and greatest computers. The one that sold me was the HP Slimline, because it's sized small. After wrestling my old one off the desk and dusting it up, I had a very clear idea of how much the thing weighed and how hard it was to turn around to deal with USB ports and any problems.

The slimline is 1/3 the size of the older models. If you've looked inside your (old) computer, you'll know that they have a lot of open space. It makes sense to compact that.

great computer. high performance, lots of memory in hardive, and great resolution. The speed in this computer is great. I have one of theses and it is extremely reliable. I am a student so this really speed up my wok. Buying a refurbished machine can be a great way to save money when buying a computer. But there are things to be aware of to make sure you are really getting a good deal. Check out my tips on making sure you aren't getting a lemon. Desktop PCs are generally broken down into three distinct categories based upon prices and features. The three common breakdowns are budget (under US$600), mainstream (under US$1250) and performance (over US$1250). Under the three different categories are a selection of current system reviews and a selection for the best systems that fall under the price range.

HP Slimline-Great out of the gate-craps out in the end!!

Overall
Rated 3 out of 5

I really liked this computer a lot--it fit my needs perfectly and I loved the compact size.   There were some things that i didn't like about Vista but I adapted to it over time.  The problems lay with HP fitting the computer with a faulty power supply and motherboard which caused the computer to crash 6 months after we purchased it.  HP replaced it very promptly however the replacement crashed 6 months after that  This is when we experienced the worst customer service ever when we had to access the Office Depot Protection Plan serivce-It took more than two months to get the computer repaired and that was only after calling the head office!!!All in all the computer crashed 5 times!!  The motherboard was replaced 3 times, power supply twice as well as other components.  All I can say is thank goodness for extended warranties.  After two years the computern became a write off even though I had hoped my $750 investment would last quite a bit longer.

Buy it! If you only use a computer for personal tasks, this is a good computer for you. I love to surf the web for money saving coupons and in my opinion, this computer is A#1. I spend hours a day on my computer and have never had a problem with its performance.

What do I have to say about the HP Pavilion Slimline s3020n? In a word: BAD. Bad mouse, bad keyboard. Also mother board keeps crashing. Bad customer service from HP, They don't care what I have to say. Bad all around. I WILL NEVER BUY HP FOR ME OR MY COMPANY AGAIN!

big things come in small packages (i know, not original)

I have NO PROBLEMS with the performance.  and the one time it froze, support fixed it in a minute (had to let out static energy).  It is a little difficult getting to all your usb ports and i'm a little curious how the sideways disc-drive will hold up, but overall I love the PC and love the open space on my desk.

I love it

Overall

Its has got to be one of the best computers i have ever owned. i got mine at office depot for 350 and for 350 i would do it again twice. i love this computer it comes with everything i love. size, style, speed, and AMD x2. the cons would be the OS. Sorry Microsoft but Vista isnt ready for the world yet. i think you have alot of work to do on it before you can call it an upgrade.

I have had the best luck with my HP computer, no hackers, and no crashings, i think it might be because of the built in security center that was already instaled when i bought it. Hope everyone has as much luck with it as i have

the processing is to slow

Overall

I had the Hewitt Packard for about 2 weeks and the returned it because it wasn't processing fast enough.  I like to play the sims 2 and I would have to wait a least 5 minuted for the game to start up.  It is a real easy system to reboot and defrag.  the games it come with are fun to play but they only last a hour each

I love my HP but hate vista

I'm reviewing HPpsc1610v All-in-One.  I love my printer.  It takes my

memory card from my camera and feeds the pictures to my computer.

I then can e-mail the pics to my daughter-in-law.  The printer does every

thing for me.  I can't say enough about it. The quality of the pictures it

prints for me is way beyond 5 stars.  I have taken my parents wedding

picture (from1945), copied it and printed it. The picture came out

fabulous, better than the original!

 I like it very much
