The  Giant Dual Fit Expression offers the user an outstanding total body workout!  The arms and pedals work together or separately to customize your workout for your unique needs. The saddle seat offers support and is a gel-form material. It is quickly adjusted by the spring loaded adjustment knob for the needs of the users  ranging from 4'10" to 6'8". The padded bars on the arms can be adjusted for shorter or longer arms(4 inches). When the arms are  locked in place(by the turn of a knob on the fan wheel) the transport wheels allow it to be moved easily so its never in the way. The pedals are equipped with straps for pulling up as well as pushing down which increases the benefits of your workouts. The multi-function computer enables you to track your progress every workout or over time by time, distance or calories. The DualFit requires little maintenance, a wipe with a clean damp cloth after your workout helps keep your perspiration salts from building up and damanaging the machine.
