A great rug, quite soft

I bought a Denali rug 9'x12' from Create & Barrel one week ago.  The rug looks nice but it shreds and my cat is pooling out the woolen threads.  I could have returned it but it is a big hassle being huge and heavy.  Create & Barrel denied my review (being not 100% good for them).  Just want to let others know that this rug is good just for a showroom but not to wear it.  I used to be very fond of Create & Barrel.  This rug is a complete disappointment.  On top of it, their denial to post my review means that and their products are highly rated only because they don't accept criticism.  it was a harsh lesson for me.
