You can find these frozen food options at most grocery stores from the local ones to big ones like walmart or target. They are fairly cheap considering its fresh frozen seafood but I do believe you get a cheap inferior product. What you get when you have a pack is fish filets in strange shapes, sometimes not even recognizable as a filet or what part of the fish it came from. My kids call these mystery meats even though its fish obviously. Generally to eat it you have to let it defrost in the fridge or on the kitchen counter. This makes each piece waterlogged and soggy which does limit the end result of how good it could possibly be when you cook and eat it. Often times even when cooked perfectly the texture is never as good as with fresh fish and the sear you can get doesn't even come close. There are also often times you get a bad filet in the batch i'd say it does happen maybe once or twice a batch. Along the bloodline when cooked it becomes hard and almost inedible in that area which is generally an indicator of poor quality and freshness. I recommend this but its very hit or miss, I eat it because its low in calories and when im on a diet and theoretically dont care about taste its fine.
