As soon as I went on this site I got a pop-up, like everyone else, to like them on Facebook for 10% off. I don't have a Facebook account for a reason, as it's just a gossip site to tell everyone your business. If they need you to like them, then why? I didn't get the 10 percent off and really didn't care, it's not worth joining Facebook. The site itself does have cheap herbs, which is why I decided to purchase from them. I was really happy to order cheap vitamins because my family and I take a lot of vitamins and herbal supplements. Well, I never received my order, and contacted them after about 2 weeks. I couldn't get anyone to answer my emails, and I emailed them repeatedly. They obviously don't care. I think they just print out a shipping label, and make it look like they shipped my items and they probably do this all the time. I never ordered from them again. With what I've seen they shouldn't even be in business since they don't deliver the products people pay for. Check them out with the BBB, as I turned them into the Better Business Bureau, also. They are actually called Vita Pure and are based in New Jersey. They also have an F and they're not even accredited! If I could give them a negative 10 I would, they aren't even rated the one I gave them. Customer Service There is no customer service. Shipping and Returns Shipment never even arrived, and nobody would even answer my emails. This was over two months ago, and they have yet to contact me or give me my order or a refund.

I don't like the fact that when you first go to VitanHerbs.com there is a window that comes up stating you can save 10 percent by liking them on facebook-but to date they only have 785 likes! That alone to me is a warning sign. But I am a sucker for saving a few dollars and made myself 786 so I could save 10 percent. One positive about the website is there is a 30 day money back guarantee. I can't see how all the other reviewers placed orders, didn't receive them and haven't been back on here to update us consumers if they ever received the product they ordered or their money back. So I will tell you about my experience. After browsing their somewhat difficult-to-navigate website, I found some great deals on Nature's Way products and gave some of their beauty products a try also. They have great prices on essential oils and I did actually receive my order and was very satisfied with the products I received. The reason I gave the website a seven even though I was satisfied with my received product is because they took a little bit too long to ship the items to me. I received my order in two separate packages, with one arriving about two and a half weeks after I placed the order and the second package arriving about three and a half weeks post order. So in the future I know what to expect with shipping times, so I will place the order far in advance.

This website is the best website for me to purchase herbs at the most competitive pricing.I purchase herbs for soap making as well as food and tea.They offer wholesale prices which are hard to find anywhere else.I also often get discounts through my email like 10% off.The herb selection they offer is vast to say the least.They have hard to find herbs like caralluma.Usually the rarer herbs are priced higher because of the lower production rate.Somehow this website manages to still discount the price really low.The price is literally half off.I love the deals they often have.The sitewide ones where you get one free or half off after buying a product at full price.The processing times have always been great and fast for me.Usually one business day unless the product is in high demand.The shipping could be faster it usually takes five business days to arrive.

Unfortunately, I have yet another negative review to add to vianherbs.com. I came across this website on an advertisement on a blog that I visit. I saw that they offered a wide selection of vitamins and minerals, including the major brands that I typically purchase at the health food store. I had recently went to the health food store, so I compared the prices, and I noticed that vitanherbs.com was noticeably cheaper. I decided to place an order through their website because of the price and choose their basic shipping. I figured since I wasn't in a hurrry, I could wait a week or so for the order to arrive and still have plenty of my vitamins. Well time passed, and I forgot about my order. Since I did not immediately need my vitamins I was not checking the mail on a daily basis. however, my supply began to run low, and I then thought about ordering more. I remembered that i had and went to check on the order status. It said it had shipped almost three weeks previously. When I tried to contact customer service, there was no reply.

I received an acknowledgement for the order that same day but this is four weeks later and I am still waiting for my order.

I ordered over $300 worth of product directly from VitaNHerb and after 11 days: -- I have not received my order; -- there is no evidence my order has even been shipped (according to my online VitaNHerb account, my order is still "processing"); -- I have not have not been able to reach a human being in order to get a status report on my order (phone calls go to voice mail and no one calls back, and I've never received a reply to any of my email and contact form messages); and -- if I don't hear back from VitaNHerb soon, I'm going to have to reverse the charge on my credit card to get a refund on the order I never received. Whatever discount pricing VitaNHerb offers certainly is NOT worth all the problems associated with their complete lack of Customer Service. This company is definitely NOT recommended!
