I love the up and up brand gentle formula! The cost is WAY less and much more formula then the big name brands. My daughter has never had s problem but m this no constipation no bad reactions. I reccomend this brand to any parents

I really like the Up and Up brand from Target. This formula works just as well as the Enfamil Gentlease formula. It is also much cheaper. You can get 5% off when you use a Target Red card, and also Cartwheel has deals on Up and Up brand items and formula. You can use the discounts together, which if you feed your child formula, you know it can get expensive! Easily Digested I do like that this product helps with my child's tummy troubles. I do, however, think that my child needs to eat more often or make more while on this formula. It is the same with Enfamil Gentlease as well. I'm not sure if he digests it quicker or if it is thinner than other formulas, or what causes this. I also feel like my child was a little constipated while on this formula. He did go, but he seemed to struggle a little more. It helped with his gas bubbles, so I think it is definately worth it. Ease of Preparation Very easy to use! Get water to 160 degrees pour in bottle, add the appropriate amount of formula for the amount of water you used, and shake! Can't get any easier than that!

I ran into town and the store on a quick trip to grab formula while my husband waited at home with an unhappy baby because we had ran out completely. I didn't realize until I got there that I had only brought a little bit of cash for me and that I did not have enough money or my debit card to be able to purchase the name brand formula that I had been buying. Being it was a `15 mile drive each way, I noticed that the Up&Up brand was quite a bit cheaper than my name brand and I was able to afford it. I decided just to grab it and hoped that it would be good enough for my child and that it would work good. I had my worries but I got home and made a bottle up for my newborn. Surprisingly enough she loved it! She had no problems with it upsetting her tummy or giving her gas like a lot of other brands have done. This formula was our second go to formula from then on and we purchased it many times. Our pediatrician even let us know that it was virtually identical to the other brand and that it was perfectly acceptable to use it.

As a mom of 5 children, I am quite familiar with formula brand and types. We have used regular with iron, sensitive and even soy formulas. I breast fed my daughter until she was 8 months old and we tried regular formula with iron and it was torture on her delicate tummy. She cried and had gas. We switched to the name brand sensitive formula and it worked wonders. Then we discovered the UP and UP Sensitive. It is wonderful! It is just as good as the name brand at roughly 60% of the cost. What is not to love? Easily Digested My daughter can not drink regular formula. The iron in it is just too much. This formula has partially digested proteins as well. This type of protein is much easier on the tummy. My daughter drinks this with no tummy aches, gas or constipation. Ease of Preparation The formula is mixed two ounces of water to one scoop of powdered formula. It comes with the scoop, so no guess work. Add the water to the bottle, pour in the powder and shake. Can't get much easier than that!

I wish we would have known about this formula with our first child. We spent tons of money on formula and with our second son we found this. We had asked our pediatrician if there was anything different we should be concerned about using this formula. We then realized this was the same type of thing as diapers. It is made in the same type of place as name brand formulas. My son got the nutrients he needed and the price of the formula was significance less and the can was almost twice as large as a normal size can. Easily Digested My son had reflux and had a lot of gas ad he did very well on this formula. We had tried special name brand cans and he actually did better on this formula. I think this formula is much thicker than other and mixes well with the water. Ease of Preparation You just add scoops of formula to a certain amount of water, just like any other formula. It shakes and mixes very easily with water which I think helps babies not be so gassy.

With our first child, we were given some name brand formula in the hospital since I was unable to breastfeed. I believe it was Enfamil. Anyway, when we got her home we noticed she had terrible gas, so much so it was making her extremely fussy which, of course, took it's turn on us as parents. We didn't know what to do and we weren't in the position to pay a ton for it. My sister told me about this partially broken down whey formula and she said she used Target's generic brand and it worked great for her, so we decided to try it out. It took a couple of days but then we definately noticed a difference! My daughter was a lot less gasy and was much happier! I've been very happy with this formula and it costs a lot less than the other name brands. We like it so much we just went straight to it for our second child who is currently using it as he is 8 months old and we've never had a problem with it!

My little one is mostly breastfed but I produce just barely enough to keep up with his demands. We have been minimally supplementing with formula since birth and it has been a nightmare! We've tried several versions of similac, enfamil and good start. At my wits end I decided to research the generics from costco and target on the recommendation of my sister-in-law. I was very leary given my LO stomach issues, but knowing I will be going back to work soon I had to find something he could tolerate. After reading reviews and getting permission from my pediatrician I gave this a try. What a miracle!!! It's been a week since we starting using this formula and he takes it without difficulty and has considerably less gas which equals less fussing, no more constipation and no more spit up. I highly recommend this formula!

This formula has been amazing!  We tried several different brands, including Enfamil and Good Start.  We had trouble with our daughter's gassiness in the early months and we switched to this brand after we tried several other generic types also.  It made a huge difference in her fussiness and gas!  I also recommended it to my friend after she had to stop breastfeeding.  She initally tried the Kirkland brand, but her daughter would only poop about every 5 days.  As soon as she switched to this kind, her daughter started pooping every day!  Also, the manufacturer is the same as the Wal Mart brand and our grocery store brand.  This makes it even easier to buy because you don't just have to buy this kind of formula from target!  Now, our target even carries it in a jumbo size to save even more money!  I will always recommend this type of formula to anyone who is having trouble with fussiness, gas, or irregularity.

When I first had my daughter I thought I had to use name brand formula (Enfamil). It was just sooo expesive though, so I decided to try the up&up. I bougth the equivalent of the Enfamil gentle and I was so surprised by how great it was. My daughter didn't even notice the change, and readily drank it. It was just as easy to measure and mix as the Enfamil and in my opinion was even more gentle on my baby's stomach. Within a day I noticed she was a lot less gassy and fussy after eating. If you read the nutritional facts, it is almost identical to brand name formulas. I like that it was better for my baby and better on my budget. I was really impressed with the quality. I also like that they sell it in various size cans, including a larger "value size" one. Not only do I save money but I also have to make less trips to the store. Don't be fooled into thinking you need to spend a ton of money to get good formula!! This is the best I found, and it truly is a great price. I recommend everyone try it - I'm sure glad I did!

My daughter was on Similac from the hospital and through the first 2 days we were home and she got horribly constipated. We switched her to the Up and Up regular formula and have not looked back. The price is great and the product is superior. I recommend this formula to all of my friends who are having kids and they have been pleased as well. My pediatrician said my daughter is doing amazing and growing at a great rate. I plan on using this with my future children as well!!!
