I love fitness dvds and I use them in the place of gym memberships. My very first Firm workout that I have ever purchased was "The Firm Bootcamp - Maximum Calorie Burn". This workout is lead by master instructor Allison Davis. There are two other firm instructor also featured in the workout to show modified versions of each workout. This workout has a mixture of Cardio and weight training involved which is bootcamp style training. Equipment needed for this workout routine is a set of light, medium and heavy hand weights. The total runtime of this particular fitness dvd is 52 minutes long. I also own the "Firm 500 Calorie Workout" lead by master instructor Kelsey Daniels. The workout is intense and will keep you on your toes. My most recent Firm workout that I have purchased is the "Firm Express Thin In 30". I love these workouts and are only 20 mins long per dvd. Overall I am pleased with the results I have had with using the "Firm" workout fitness dvds. I would recommend them to anyone wanting to get in shape while having fun.
