Promise cardiologist endorsed butter spread is very tasty.  It comes in two different size containers.  That makes it easier for someone who uses alot or a little bit. The taste is very good.  It spreads very smooth-like and does well in the frying pan. I usually add some olive oil and Promise together for a stir fry and everything comes out fairly crisp, not soggy. Although it does have 8 grams of fat, only 1.5 grams is saturated.  The rest is divided up between polyunsaturated fat and monounsaturated fat.  It is low in sodium, but is not considered a low-sodium food. The other nice thing I liked about using Promise was on the container there was a website to get recipes.  If you don't have a computer (of your own), there is also a toll-free number to call.
