Once my husband and I decided to go to Rome for our honeymoon, I started to do a lot of research online to try and figure out the best places to stay, best airface, things to do and overall ideas. This site is one that came up while searching. The one thing I don't like is that some of the links take you to another site. I assume they are an affiliate of this one, but why offer the link/search if it offered by another site or company. Overall, a lot of great information on travel in Europe and a great place to look if you are traveling there. Ease of Use The layout of the website and the number of headers (luxury breaks, weekend breaks, late deals, beach breaks, eurostar breaks, customer reviews, travel extras and contact us) makes this site extremely easy to navigate and find what you are looking for. Features This has a nice amount of features. I like that they have the "travel extras" section that includes airport lounge, airport parking, attraction tickets and insurance. However, it doesn't always seem to stay on this site, but go to affiliate sites. I wouldn't have know this was a British site until one of the other pages came up as .uk (instead of .com). I like that there is live support, but it does not always work (or will take a while to load).

I am much happier with Eurobookers than I was with my previous travel site to which I was ridiculously loyal for no logical reason. Now that I'm using Eurobookers to plan an upcoming work related junket for colleagues (not myself) I could not be happier or more relieved that I'm no long dealing with that miserable Expedia. The difference is night and day. There is real customers service, specific and detailed ansers to questions, and an efficiency and professionalism about the site and using it that's really a cut above. Ease of Use Easy to use, with limiters and other sorting tools self evident. No slow to load multiply-embedded frames or windows. Features The site allows for the usual necessary limiters re: price, locale, etc., but the results load so quickly and smoothly its a real pleasure. Customer Service I've been in contact with customer service a couple time with specific and perhaps nit-picky questions. They have always responded with clear, specific, thoughtful information. What a difference from Expedia, really. I'm hoping this can be my go-to site henceforth for Europe. For Asia I recommend Agoda, but this is clearly great for Western Europe.

Eurobookers.com is a very practical website to use. I use this website when I travel to Europe and when looking for last minute deals. I usually book both the flight and hotel from Eurobookers.com, since I have noticed that the deals they offer are better when I book both rather than individual. The customer service is outstanding! I once had to change the hotel room, and the Eurobookers' employees genuinely cared about me. I was really amazed by the professionalism, support, and care that they showed. Their website is very straightforward to navigate through. In addition, the selection of flights they offer across Europe is remarkable. The connection times between flights are just right. Even when a flight was late, I had plenty of time to catch the next one, but not too long to get bored either. I really like Eurobookers.com, and will continue to use it for my future trips to Europe. I highly recommend this website to others interested in booking flights and/or hotels in Europe.

No Complaints, Everything went smoothly! Great service, no complaints, evrything went smoothly. flights on time, transfer was great too. We were worried that our family would all be separated on the plane, but thanks to Eurobookers our seats had been reserved together. Will plan my next trip with Eurobookers only.
