Very slow and unreliable service. Sometimes the service will shut down and kick you off of the internet with no warning or reason. Customer service was not helpful to me in resolving my issues. Speed Seems as slow as dial-up service sometimes. Reliability I have to restart the modem about once every 1-2 weeks. Customer Service I was told on the phone when I called to complain about the service that I should not have switched from my previous provider of internet service because Dish Net was more for people who live out in the middle of nowhere and have no other choices for internet service. I live in town and now I am stuck in a 2 year contract that they won't let me out of even though I was not told that until after installation and contract signing.
