My mom enjoys clothes and shoes from Boscov's, so we often come here to shop for her Christmas presents. They have a great selection of brands and designs, and we enjoy coming back here consistently. I would recommend it to others who are looking for quality and style while not spending an outlandish amount of money. Ease of Use The categories (ladies, men, watches, shoes, etc) and subcategories (shirts, pants, sweaters, jeans) are very logical and easy to sort through. Some sites mix the types of categories, so you end up looking under "sweaters," "brands," and "womens" before you find all the options that they have available. But Boscov's makes it easy and enjoyable to find what you are looking for. Shipping and Returns They offer free shipping on larger orders (often $49, but currently $25 as a Christmas deal). But this offer is only applied after all other discounts and coupons have been used. So if you are buying things on sale, you need to check the subtotal after the sales have been applied.

Usually when I am looking for something I head to target, kmart or a larger retail store. I was looking for a baptism outfit for my son and headed to boscovs.com. I was very surprised of the selection their online store, it was much better than in store. They have high name brand clothing as well as very cheap yet affordable clothing. Ease of Use It was catorgized nicely but I found it very busy and cluttered. Almost hard to find one certain item because the website has alot of product. Product Selection They have a ton in selection for the whole family in clothing. When it comes to electronics and household appliances the selection is not as great. The name brand of the appliances are not the higher end that you can find at other stores. Product Pricing They have very reasonable priced clothes as well as more expensive ones if you are looking for great items. Customer Service I have never had any issues ordering online. Shipping and Returns Have great easy returns if you have a store near you.

Normally when I'm shopping for department store items, I check out national sites like JC Penney's, Target, or Kohls. When those go-to websites fail to deliver the product I need I always check Boscov's. Boscov's has the same type of department store inventory, but on a smaller--and less sophisticated--scale. This is a very value-oriented site where you can find basic, and sometimes hard-to-find items for your home, personal care items, as well as apparel for the entire family. My last purchase from Boscov's was for a specific teakettle that I was having trouble finding in other stores. It needed to be Emerald Green, whistling, and made of stainless steel to discourage rusting. I couldn't believe my eyes when I found the exact item at Boscov's on sale for a measly $4.96! Similar versions were selling for $24.99 and up at other retailers. While I was on the site, I decided to browse some of the Women's Clothing selections and happened upon a lovely tunic that I purchased on a whim. It was so inexpensive and elegant, and the quality was comparable to Penney's or Target. Although Boscov's is not a sophisticated shopping experience, it does have some good finds at excellent prices. My biggest complaint is the lack of clear pictures and descriptions on many of their items; particularly in apparel. Otherwise, I'd score them much higher.

Since I moved from the Northeast, to the South, I really miss shopping at Boscov's department store. This store used to be one of my weekly stops. So this is the only way I can continue to buy from Boscov's, by scouring Boscov's.com on a regular basis. They have great weekly sales from all department. Sometimes they offer free shipping, or it sometimes depends on the amount you spend. But there are always great bargains to be had in all departments. I really love their shoes, women's clothing and home departments. They have wonderful quality items that last forever. I have items I purchased here 20 years ago that are still going strong. The returns are easy and simple and there are never any problems. If you watch their website, you can always find coupons available for various discounts on different departments. They have wonderful selections available at all different price levels, so it's a great place for everyone to shop regardless of what they are looking to spend.

I always find a lot of interesting things at Boscovs.com and always at super great prices. I almost always buy my kitchen curtains from them. My kitchen windows are a difficult size to find and I can always find really cute, up to date, curtains at Boscovs. It is like an online discount store. They have a nice variety of items too anywhere from household to clothes to sporting goods. Their shipping can be pricey but I usually just wait until they have a discounted shipping price or free shipping discount and wait to order until then if I can. But even with the shipping, their prices are so good that you can easily still find awesome deals. They do carry some not so ordinary items too which is refreshing. If you have one of the stores by you then you can return items to the store too, I just don't have one close so I am careful about what I order from them so I don't have to return it.

I learned about Boscov's a few years ago when I started using Ebates.com. I bought a few things from Boscov's and was really impressed with the great deals. There are some things that you can catch a good price on. I bought two sets of dishes for a fairly good price. I liked the dishes a lot, the price was right. They arrived and a few of the cups and saucers in one set of dishes were broken. When I called, everyone in customer service or anyone I spoke to for that matter at Boscov's were really nice. Unfortunately, there were no more sets of those dishes. So, I had to ship back the damaged dishes for refund and return the other set for refund. it can become an inconvenience sometimes if something happens to your order do to the fact that they have a limited supply. There are a lot of things that are on markdown at Boscov's that are really good deals, just be sure to check to be sure you are ordering enough when you order due to the low or changing inventory.

Boscovs.com is a website I use sporadically, but every time I have used it I was satisfied with my purchase and the website. The website homepage has various departments that you can select to shop at. These include beauty, jewelry, shoes, teens, etc. Once you select a main category, there are various subcategories you can click on. This makes it especially easy to navigate the site because you do not have to go thru all of the pieces of clothing or products to find exactly what you're looking for. Another nice component of the boscovs.com website is that the clothing and other items have detailed descriptions as well as reviews written by other people who purchased the products. This helps you know if something runs large or small so you can purchase the correct thing the first time without having to worry about making returns. If you do need to return an item, the return policy is very convenient and easy to go thru with.

I knew of Boscov's but had never been in the actual store since we have none near us. I took a chance and decided to view the e site and placed an order for some Easy Spirit walking shoes. I could not believe how easy the site was to navigate and how easy it was to find what I needed. The shoes arrived so quickly and I was so pleased I went back the following week and again placed an order for two more pairs. Again, everything was in stock and was shipped immediately as well as they also offered free shipping. It was such a great deal I could not pass up the opportunity. Since that time I signed up for their sales e mails and have placed several more orders for items of clothing and even for gifts for Christmas. I usually like to see and feel what I buy but the service was so fantastic and living in a rural area I have to travel to Malls and such. This site is like "mall shopping" without leaving home. They also follow up with surveys regarding their service.
