I love this little bread machine. It was a gift. I have never baked bread because i'm frightening of yeast. it always seems so tempramental -- you have to mix it in water that is not too hot or it will die and not too cold or it won't bloom. And breadmaking always seemed like a huge chore -- do the yeast thing. Mix, knead, rest, punch, kneed, rest. All that rising. It seemed like too much work, and the outcome wasn't assured. But this is so easy. I put the stuff in, in the order it says, push the start button, and in a couple hours i have a little loaf of bread. The yeast goes on top and i don't have a water temperature problem. The machine does the mixing and kneading and resting and rising. I just let it do what it wants. And the loaves come out sort of loaf shaped. I had thought bread machines made freakishly cylindrical loaves, but this looks like a little loaf of bread, and it is a great size for just me. And there's just me. Stability While in Use Seems appropriately stable Performance Great. It does what it is supposed to. I get a delicious little loaf of bread. Ease of Use It's wonderful. I put in the water and flour and yeast, push the button, and in a couple hours i have a loaf of bread. It couldn't be any easier. Durability It seems very sturdy. It belonged to a friend who bought a bigger machine and gave me this one, so it's used, but it still works great.

This bread maker is excellent. It has a large digital display, allowing you to set a timer, and let the bread maker do the rest of the work for you. You simply have to put the ingredients in, select the type of bread (pretzel, cookie, etc) you want to make, and set the timer. There is no guesswork, there is no difficult steps to follow, and you just drop the ingredients in, and the machine will do the work for you. You can even select the consistency you want, and the machine will work on the dough to produce it for you. Stability While in Use It is solid, the machine is durable, and it has rubber based feet to keep it in place. Doesn't move while in use, and the machine is very quiet. Performance Simple design, single button operation, and different settings for any type of bread you are making with it. Ease of Use The easiest appliance you will own in the home. It asks all the relevant questions based on the type of dough you place in it, so you get the perfect bread each time you use the machine.

I give this bread maker a score of eight but only because I have had it for a month, I tried it twice, and it is very, very confusing! This is the very first bread maker that I have attempted to use myself, but it is the second that I have owned. The first time I tried to use this specific bread maker, I cooked a basic white bread out of the cook book that came with the bread maker and followed the instructions exactly. The bread though turned out really uncooked and tasted terrible. The second time I tried it turned out better, but it still wasn't the same. My husband has made me bread from a bread maker before so I know how it tastes and I used one of his recipes and it was still not right. I have read and reread the instructions over and over again and I still don't get it. I feel as though maybe a bread maker like this one is just too complicated. I suppose by trial and error I will learn how to use it eventually but I wish it worked the way the instructions say.

The steamed rolls come out light and fluffy, the bread comes out dense and soft. This bread machine is extremely useful and pretty easy to use. I highly recommend the Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker for an individual who is in the search for a high-quality, easy-to-operate bread machine. Stability While in Use The Zojirushi Breadmaker is quite stable when in use. It does rumble just a little bit, but that really is not a big deal. Also, if it's rumbling, then you know it's working and doing a good job. Performance The performance is excellent. It takes about an hour for it to complete the bread-making process. It might seem like a long time, but it really is not, considering the fact that you will receive a huge and delicious batch of quality bread afterwards. Ease of Use The Zojirushi Breadmaker, for me, was a little tricky to figure out how to use at first, but only a little tricky. For the most part, it was easy to use and get used to using. Durability It just made of quality, durable materials.

The Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini Bread-maker (BBHAC10) is the best bread maker!!!! I did not even know that machines that made bread actually even existed until a few years ago, when I got it as a gift from my sister. I love to eat bread and so my sister decided for me to actually try to make it myself, so it would taste better freshly made. I was ecstatic when I got the Zojirushi Bread-maker and tried it out immediately. After I followed the instructions carefully, the bread turned out perfect. Every time I use this machine, I feel like a professional baker! Because this bread-maker is just a mini size, you can't bake tons of bread inside, but it's absolutely enough for a small family of let's say, four or so. The product is also very durable and will last you a long time. So, to all you chefs or bread lovers out there, invest into this bread-maker. It makes the most delicious soft bread that leaves you craving for more!!!

I saw this thing online and my first impressions were why would anyone buy this and how exactly would this machine work. My family have always been handmaking bread and as easy as that was, why would anyone use a bread maker. However, despite my negative first impressions, this thing is a very reliable bread maker and saves my family many hours on making and rising dough. Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the multitude of options for doughs that were available. Following the instructions were super easy. Also, even though there were many negative comments against the bread maker, I found that the ease of use and how durable it has been makes it a wonderful addition to the home of any breadmaker. Ease of Use There are instructions provided that makes sure you are able to make any bread you want. Durability Works like new after nearly 4 years, but from what I have read, most machines need to be replaced by the fourth year. When my does give out, I would definitely be purchasing another one.

I'm always looking to try new things out and since I consume a lot of bread it was only natural to look into buying a bread maker. I purchased the Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker and feel I made a good decision. The bread comes out marvelous each time. There are a number of settings for different types of bread. It's very simple to clean the exterior of the machine with a simple baby wipe. I also love seeing the bread being made through the window. The interior of the bread maker is usually easy to clean, but sometimes dough gets stuck underneath the mixing tool. The bread hardens under the pan and makes it semi difficult to remove for cleaning. I also would recommend not to let water sit for a long period time when cleaning the pan because it will rust. The only thing that is a little annoying is that this machine beeps. It beeps to let you know to add extra ingredients during the baking process, but if you don't want to add anything it still beeps. It's not a deal breaker, but I would have loved for the option to turn off the beeping sound. I would definitely recommend the Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini Breadmaker.

As a very homely sort of person, I love to make my own meals instead of going out. The trouble was, however, that I was a great cook but not a decent enough baker. Therefore, I felt that the variety of the foods I was able to make was extremely limited because of my lack of skill with an oven. When I saw this appliance at a Japanese market, though, I thought it would be perfect to help me make simple breads that would add a nice touch to the soups and meats that I prepared. At first, I was worried that my inability to bake would hinder me using this machine, but the instructions were easy and the performance spot on, that it only took a bit of following some simple directions to make a nice batch of homemade bread. I now use it in the kitchen all the time instead of going to the store and buying loaves. I can make breads exactly how I want them to suit whatever mood I'm in, and it's absolutely wonderful, even for an amateur cook like me. I've always loved Zojirushi products and this is no exception.

I think that this is a great bread machine for those who are just getting into the baking scene. I personally wouldn't use this if you have some experience with baking breads however because it's not a vital appliance. This machine only bakes 1 loaf at a time, which kind of stinks because a lot of bread recipes hardly ever yield 1 loaf. That means that you have to wait for one loaf at a time which can get really annoying. I do like that you can bake different types of breads from crusty french baguettes to buttery croissants. There's a timer so you can set how long you bake your breads so that they don't burn. I think that it's also very easy to clean. I usually just use a little bit of soap and water to clean it out. If I'm making french breads, it's even easier to clean because french loafs don't use any oil! This machine is rather expensive, but worth it for the novice baker. I kind of do feel like I own my own bakery at home!

I bought this product because I was frustrated with store-bought bread loaves and not being able to make sandwich quality bread in my oven. This machine produces the perfect sandwich bread loaf every time. It's just my and husband and me, so the portion size is just right for us for a week. Highly recommend if you want to spend that baking time doing something else and not watch your bread. Stability While in Use The design and size of the machine makes it sturdy. The feet on the bottom keep it from sliding around on the counter. No problems here. Performance I like to mill my own wheat flour, so the recipes vary with this ingredient. The recipes turn out perfectly with white store bought flour though. If looking to use freshly milled flour with this machine, consult the Bread Beckers website. Ease of Use Just follow the recipes in the recipe book that's included with this product. It's fool proof if you just follow the instructions step by step. There are only a few buttons, so the features are easy to learn with some references to the manual. After one use, you'll have it figured out in no time. Durability Never had any issues with defective parts of any kind. Great company easy to work with if you need a spare or replacement part. Highly recommend for those who want to save some time.
