Personally, I love celebrating holidays, and Zingermans.com specializes in holiday treats. Whether buying gifts for others or finding food for our own Christmas parties, I love shopping at this store. Ease of Use The site is broken down into too many categories for fast navigation. For instance, after going to their "cheese" section, you need to select a category such as "English," "French," or "Italian." But then these individual categories only have less than ten options. It would be nice if they combined the categories and simply labeled each selection so you could scroll through one page of their cheeses (or whatever particular product you are looking for) and have the important information in the label of each product. Product Pricing Some of their cheese and chocolate are quite expensive, so I wouldn't spend this much money all year around. But when we are only buying a little bit at one particular time of the year, it's not as bad.

I don't like this website at all. Not one bit. I like their products though, but it's very hard to use their layout on their website because it's counter intuitive. The layout is so stretched that you don't normally look in the particular area to navigate at all. And it's not one particular website that they offering their products. They have different websites that you must navigate to. All in all, I think that they could use a redesign of their whole website as I feel that would increase their sales. There is just too much empty space and their website is not optimized at all. I do love their Roadhouse Spicy hub though. It's a great rub that tastes amazing. That's the only product that I order from them. Works great on chicken as well! The problem that I have is the cost of shipping. The rub cost $10, yet the shipping cost $10 as well. Not really to happy about this at all. Until they figure out how to get free shipping, this is something that I order on rare occasions.

I really like Zingermans because it is a high quality shop that has a small town feel. I have been to the store in Ann Arbor and it is awesome. But I do not live near there so it is nice to be able to buy their items online. I love the welcome home baby gift box. I have received it twice now and it is such a nice treat. The box is huge and filled with a lot of treats from sweets to salty and savory. They even throw in a bib with the zingermans logo which is really cute. The website has a lot of different food combinations you can mail and they come fresh and nicely packed. They taste like they do as if you bought them at the store in Ann Arbor. The box did come with a lot of paper packing which was shredded and messy. I wish they could find a way to be more environmentally friendly. These feel like high quality and well thought out gifts rather than a mass produced fruit basket which is appreciated.

Zingerman's searches the world for the best products and you can really tell they've taken the time to find the most delicious foods out there. I've never had a bad meal at Zingerman's in Ann Arbor and their mail order is very fast. The customer service is the best around and that really makes a difference. The prices are a bit high but it is worth it. I find myself craving twenty different Zingerman products at various times of the month and it's great to know that they're so accessible.  Their honey selection is fantastic. You'll never go back to regular store-bought clover honey in the plastic bear container again. Their chocolate babka (Jewish pastry/cake-like dessert) is excellent. Their meats are top-notch if you go to the deli (try the pastrami!) and their pastries are to die for. I also highly, highly recommend the gourmet marshmallows, both the vanilla and chocolate flavored. Just like with the honey, you'll never go back to regular store-bought marshmallows again once you've tasted these perfect marshmallows in your hot cocoa. They even melt deliciously.  All in all, Zingerman's is the place to get outstanding food, whether you're in Michigan or any place around the USA. The mail-order service means you can indulge with the rest of us local patrons.

You will not find a more delicious delicatessen anywhere in the country.  Not only worth a trip to Ann Arbor, but worth a move!  The sandwich prices are more than reasonable.  Sure, the board says $14 for a fancy sandwich, but what the board doesn't say is that one sandwich can feed two hungry adults.  The board also doesn't tell you that it will seriously be the most delicious deli sandwich you'll ever share with a friend.  Their iced teas were delicious too - and you had access to unlimited free refills!  The customer service was also great!  I also loved how the whole place was set up.  I have yet to try anything mail ordered, but the deli itself is just amazing.  If you're ever in the area, you'd be cheating yourself if you don't try it out!

Zingerman's has a huge variety of gourmet foods that can be sent all around the country and the world.  They have so many breads, desserts and great deli selections.  They have a great selection of deli delights, like meats and cheeses and great tasting deli sandwiches delivered directly to your door.  They ship amazing homebaked breads and desserts that are perfect for serving at parties or savoring for yourself.  I love the rich and decadent chocolate coffeecake as well as the light and moist bread varieties.  They have an enormous selection of products, including exotic oils and spices that are perfect for cooking and great gifts for anyone who is a foodie.  This is a great shopping site for all types of foods from around the globe.
