Easy to use right out of box. Battery life has a bit to be desired, but all in all a good product. Have only had it freeze twice in a 4 month period. Sometimes it is difficult to get buttons on edges to respond properly. Camera lens is for the front only and produces poor quality pictures. Find another tablet if you want to take pictures. Sometimes wifi has a bit of a lag time upon boot. Otherwise a good first time tablet for an inexperenced user.
