Yes To Carrots Pampering Hair Mud Conditioner

5

The Yes to Carrots Pampering Hair Much Conditioner was expensive, but I decided to try it anyway. I've had great success with the whole Yes To line, so I thought the money would be well worth it. The conditioner was on sale for 5.99, but it was regularly priced at 7.99. I don't typically pay that much for hair products, but I believe a natural product is worth it. I had previously tried the Yes to Carrots shampoo, but I didn't use it for long. It left my hair feeling like straw. This conditioner made my hair so soft and healthy, and I decided to try the shampoo with it again. The conditioner really helped to undo what the shampoo was doing, and my hair looked amazing! Lately, I've been having trouble finding this product in any stores, so I've had to order it only. It's definitely worth the money. Some of the carrot products have a strange smell, but I didn't notice it with the mud conditioner.

I absolutely love this conditioner. I love the whole brand of the Say Yes to... brand. Right after bleaching my brown hair to platinum blonde i started using this with no poo system.( baking soda for shampoo, apple cider vinegar for conditioning rinse) i put this on my soaking wet hair and waited for my hair to dry. My hair was so smooth and super soft. This product actually help in the process of reviving my dried damaged and over processed hair. Along with the shampoo, Ive never tried though Ive only heard good results from it. This product also smells amazing. Also didn't cause the color to fade away when i went from my blonde to pink hair color. Effectiveness Perfect product. Also makes an amazing deep conditioner. Wet hair with warm water and apply conditioner to hair wrap up and wait a few hours. Rinse with cold water and hair is amazingly satisfied for the help it just received it reviving its life. Scent Smells amazing.

If you're using the Yes to Shampoo, use the conditioner too...

As the review title says, if you're using the Yes to Shampoo, use the conditioner too. I've done a few times of just using the shampoo without the conditioner (out of sheer laziness), and have found their conditioner definitely makes a difference in how deeply cleaned your hair feels after you've finished washing it and how long your hair will last before you feel the compulsion to clean it again. Like my review on their shampoo, I can say good things about the conditioner in that it does its job, its reliable, and I haven't found another organic (yay organic) conditioner that can take its place, it also otherwise feels rather unremarkable in that I don't get that soft, silky feeling I used to get (and love to have) after washing my hair. I'd still recommend it to anyone looking to switch to a reliable, organic product and/or in need of switching up their hair care routine in order to get rid of some problematic (dandruff, oily, damaged) hair issues, as its good for that.

Doesn't feel like conditioner

2

I received this conditioner in a nice little zippered pouch along with a small shampoo and shower gel. I was really excited  to try this conditioner, as I had heard of the brand before and liked that the conditioner was organic and came from Israel.  However, I was disappointed in this conditioner.  It really doesn't feel like conditioner.  It works somewhat, but not as well as other conditioners, including other organic conditioners, I have tried.  This brand can also be expensive and somewhat hard to find.  If you're looking for a great organic conditioner, I would recommend Organix.  Or, if you don't mind non-organic products, I like both Garnier Fructis and Herbal Essences.  The smell of this conditioner isn't bad, but it's not great either.  I really like to have a great smelling conditioner, so that was disappointing for me.  It is just a little strange to have carrots in your conditioner.

Good light conditioner

I bought Say Yes to Carrots conditioner because it was a cheap, naturalish conditioner without parabens and silicones (although I hear there may be one, I couldn't find it on the label. I previously used baking soda and a vinegar rinse to wash my hair, but was switching to a conditioner only wash routine since my hair has become really dry with that routine. There are a lot of things to like about Say Yes to Carrots conditioner: it smells good, feels good and does a great job of washing my hair without making it feel greasy. However, it is a really mild conditioner. In order to keep my long hair soft and not frizzy, I have to use a couple palmfuls of conditioner, which seems like far too much. I'm afraid that, like most beauty products, you end up negating the cheap cost by using more product. Overall I like it, but I feel like any other conditioner could really do the same thing and I don't think I would recommend it for people with dry hair.

I love Yes to Carrots conditioner !

They had me at the name: Yes to Carrots Pampering Hair Mud Conditioner. I don't know about you guys, but I'm a sucker for anything that sounds like it came out of a day spa. Well pampering this conditioner is. It has a wonderful, comforting scent that is so relaxing. I can't describe it, so you should smell it for yourself ! Seriously though, I really like this conditioner and I will continue to purchase it when I run out. It says that it is for all hair types but this conditioner is really moisturizing. It leaves my hair so soft with lots of slip when I detangle. In my opinion, it's really great for cowashing. It gives my hair the extra boost of moisture on dry days that would be lost if I shampooed too. I love the fact that this brand is organic and it doesn't test on animals. Everything that I use isn't all natural or organic, but I love finding products that are. I recommend this for anyone with dry or damaged hair.

Say YES to carrots

I have long and thick hair and so I'm always in search for that perfect shampoo and conditioner. I think that I have tried a dozen conditioners out there. Some did satisfy me, some did not.  Those that did usually we're a little bit pricey and I couldn't afford to buy them that often, since I run out of conditioner faster than I do out of shampoo. So I came across Yes to Carrots (there's also Yes to tomatoes and Yes to cucumbers). The price was very good for the quantity you get to buy, so I thought why not. I tried it. And I love it. I am certainly  going to buy it for awhile. It does a good job on the detangling, the hair is nice and smooth and it doesn't make it greasy (I have normally have greasy hair). It does not contain any parabens, it is mostly natural, the smell is ok but it doesn't stay in the hair anyway, it's affordable and leaves the hair nice and shinny.  I recommend that you try it. You don't have anything to lose :)

Yes To Carrots Conditioner - One of the healthier options

I want this to be my favorite conditioner ever - it's a cute idea, and I love the idea of finding a natural conditioner that will work a miracle for my hair, but I have a few humble wishes for this conditioner... * Aroma is actually very important for me and, from the scent aura the bottle had to it (and when I first opened the cap), I thought it had a wonderful, wholesome (milky, mmm) aroma to it, but... it turns out it smells a bit like ...soil (due to the mineral-rich ingredients, understandably). I would prefer a more traditional comforting aroma ...but I guess the aroma's not too intrusive during use and only lasted a little while after use. * The formula, to me, feels a bit thin and feels like it dissolves into my hair when trying to apply it (even though I make sure to squeeze out excess water before applying), making me use more to feel like I'm using an adequate amount, especially at the ends. The bottle does hold a lot of product though - and I hope the company never changes this! - although it felt a bit expensive (not compared to high-end brands, maybe - and I usually am willing to spend on beauty - but maybe I "feel" it a bit more with times being tight...) * Lightly conditioning. This product does leave my wet/moist hair feeling "supple" and does improve my post-shower combing, which has long been a struggle for me, and when my hair dries, it does feel light and smooth ...but I wouldn't say this is a very intensive/repairing conditioner (and I don't think I'm willing to spend additional money to buy the separate deep conditioner/mask offered by this company). Something that really matters to me, though, is that this product is not tested on animals. That matters to me. Plus that it's a more natural brand ...though it does have, at the bottom of its ingredients list, some dimethicone, a [non-natural] silicone, so it's not as natural as I wish it was ...and also, it's not quite vegan because it does have some honey listed in the ingredients but, as near as I can tell it does seem vegetarian, and that too is important to me. All in all, I would give this conditioner another chance - and recommend it to gals who like earthy smells and who need light conditioning (and maybe, try the deep conditioner if you need a more intensive one) - and just hope that the company makes a few minor tweaks (aroma, and richness). And I am going to try other products, and lines, from this company. They also have a line called "Yes to ...Cucumbers" and "Yes to ...Tomatoes" so I am really looking forward to trying those lines and their conditioners! :)

Say Yes To "Yes To Carrot's Conditioner"!

5

So like I said in my review for Yes To Carrot's Shampoo, I bought a trial pack of Yes To Carrot's Shampoo, Conditioner, and Body Wash. I bought them because I was pregnant and packing for the hospital. I wanted to get some small bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash so that I didn't have to bring full size one's. Besides, I got a great deal on them!! So when I used the conditioner, I noticed a difference in my hair from the first use! When I was using it, the scent relaxed me so much that I got tired which was great because I had just had my baby! It was like I had just received the best message in my life! But when I got out and brushed my hair, there were no knot's and my hair was the softest it had ever been! Yes To Carrot's Conditioner and Shampoo from that point on was my new favorite hair care line! My hair is now so soft! I live in the city, so usually (with other conditioners) by the time I get home for the night I can feel that my hair needs to be washed. But with Yes To Carrot's Conditioner, my hair is still as soft as it was when I got out of the shower! I love Yes To Carrot's Conditioner!

C is for Conditioner is a great nourishing conditioner!

5

I absolutely love C is for Conditioner! I have very fine, thin hair that is easily damaged, and Yes to Carrots conditioner helps to keep my hair strong, moisturized and shiny. It has also made my hair unbelievably soft. I'm currently in the process of growing my hair out, and it is almost completely free of split ends. I have tried many different brands of conditioner and have not found one that is better for my hair. Even while using some of the higher-end brands, I still had dry hair full of split ends. For me, the best thing about this product is that it is not tested on animals. It also contains great natural ingredients, including: Dead Sea mud, carrot, pumpkin, sweet potato, melon, orange and honey. It uses natural oils, like jojoba and sweet almond, to moisturize the hair, rather than mineral oil. It does not contain drying alcohol. Yes to Carrots conditioner is slightly more expensive than your typical drug store brands, but it lasts a very long time. It also does not contain many of the damaging ingredients that cheaper brands use. It is definitely worth the extra money!
