These washers can't be beat! I have had mine for 3 years .I have a large family of 7. Clothes are constantly backing up at my home so the washer goes around the clock. My teens use it and a lot of times it's over filled and this washer just keeps going. My clothes are clean, rung completely out and it hold large loads. The only complaints I would have is it takes awhile for a complete cycle.

I was without for a very long time. This and the matching dryer were the best value I was able to find after a ton of research. Does great even with the demands of a family of five. It shakes and is a little loud but I'll take it in a heartbeat.

I have had this machine since 10/2017. Never liked it but the feeling is getting worse. First, there is no way to change water height. You either have full or barely covering clothes with the auto-sensor. The final spin cycle was so severe, it actually ruined some clothes. But now it does not cycle to the last rinse and spin. It reverts back to wash so I have to reset it to drain and spin EVERY time I wash a load of clothes. I had a repairman (not my normal repairman because they will no longer service whirlpool---wonder why?!) and he had to call a hot line to figure out the problem. They gave him some reset code and said if this didn't fix it I would need a $300 part...only paid $499 to begin with. And the reset did not work. At the same time we bought this, we bought a whirlpool refrigerator that did not last 15 months!!! Repair cost $800! Whirlpool graciously bought back this refrigerator and I did not buy another whirlpool. After buying Whirlpool all my adult life, I will never buy another.

Best washer I've owned. It does auto sensing water or a deep water wash. All the cloths or other things are always super clean and all the water spinned out.

We paid off this machine with rent a center back in 2012 and after all these years of heavy use in a 4 person family, it's still going strong. It gave me a scare the other day when I tried to wash a throw pillow, but it just got so heavy when wet that it made the drum super uneven and it shook and thudded like ive never seen before. Oops. Other than that, I've washed everything in this. Delicates like dailies tossed in a pillowcase, regular shirts and pants, jeans, towels, blankets, sneakers. All have come out just fine and also clean. I even stored it for 13 months in a storage unit and it hooked back up and ran again with zero problems. I'd definitely recommend these machines.

I love my Whirlpool Top Load Washer, it's so quite, large tub which is great because I am washing daily with 6 people in our home, many settings for all types of loads and size. Cleans very well. Completely happy with my whirlpool washer.

This washer cleans it all. We've had our washer for over three years now and it's still works great with no problems.

I owned this washer and was very pleased with it. It washes clothes clean and rinses them very well. Not once did I ever have to rewash anything! It is very quiet compaired to others I have owned over the years. Its very easy to use. The kids have all used it to do their own laundry when they were old enough to learn. These are so much better than the front load and there is never an odor left behind in my experience.
