We bought this refrigerator after our old one quit on us. This one is a major upgrade as our old one was at least 15 years old! Unfortunately, because ours quit, I didn't have a whole lot of time to do the research that I normally would have done. With that said, I like the stainless steel look of the exterior and the fact that the freezer space is roomier than our old one. The shelving configuration as taken some getting used to but seems to be working out fairly well although, the middle shelf is a little odd with it being so small. The light fixture does dip down a bit further than we are used to so we have to make sure that we put taller containers such as milk or a pitcher on either side of it. The fridge is quiet especially compared to our old one since it would make a loud popping noise several times a day. The exterior is easy to clean which is great since there many little hand are touching it on a daily basis. We are very pleased with our purchase.

This product suffers from poor and impractical shelving design and also has many strange vibrations when it cycles up or down. I can hear the vibration from 2 rooms away. Also, the interior doesnt let you put a container of milk in the middle top shelf - the light fixture dips down too much.
