I've owned this washer for 8 years and have not had a single issue with it. It is durable and does a fantastic job on every load. There are several different settings for bulky, delicate, quick wash, etc. If I ever had to replace this unit I would purchase another.

We purchased this washer about a year ago - and I completely fell in love. I went from the old style washer and dryer to this with its counterpart dryer. I do laundry for four hours now instead of 12. It cut my time way down and washes the clothes better than any washer I have ever owned. I would highly recommend this brand , this style, above any other. Energy Efficiency i noticed our electric bill went down a little after purchasing this. Cleaning Time Love the fact it goes by the amount of clothing - you can put one item in there and it will not overuse water. Performance awesome - just awesome has held up well washes just as good today as it did the day we purchased it. Ease of Use Even my 11 year old does her own laundry if she can figure it out any one can! Design love the design - so sleek and goes perfect in my washroom, Durability holds up to all of our laundry - and we have A LOT with 5 people in the house. Husband is in construction so washes his work clothes almost daily.

I love this washer! I have had it a week now and it works beautifully. It has a ton of settings so you can wash all your clothes, even hand washable ones, with ease. I prefer the quick wash setting which washes an entire load of clothes in under thirty minutes. It is very easy to use, I did not even need to read the manual. It has all the normal heat settings for the water and the different levels for the spin and soil levels. The only thing I have found somewhat annoying is the music it plays when you start it up and when a cycle is done. I still give this washer a ten though based on the fact that it's pretty quiet and gets my clothes very clean. Energy Efficiency Uses a lot less water and electricity than a normal washer, I know I will be happy with my utility bills owing this washer. Cleaning Time The quick wash washes a load of clothes in 27 minutes! Performance Wonderful performance, gets all my stains out and leaves my clothes very clean. Ease of Use Super easy to use, I did not even read the manual. Design It is a very nice design, fits great in my laundry room. Durability Only had it a week, but I am sure it will hold up well.

We purchased this front loading model Whirlpool washer in an effort to cut our water bills by buying a high efficiency model. I was very excited to get a front loading machine because it would have a great deal more capacity than our old washer. However, upon further use, I am finding it does not clean nearly as well as my old top loader. I seem to have to pre-treat every little stain or mark on our clothes. We are an older couple but still have grease and food stains to work with. I would hate to think how much stain pre-treater I would have to use if we had small children. Plus you have to pay extra to get the riser it sits on. This piece should come with the machine otherwise it would be way too close to the floor for loading clothes. Energy Efficiency We did notice a decrease in our water bill when we began using this model. However, I think the lower water level is one of the reasons it does not clean as well. Cleaning Time The times are set by what type of clean you want; delicate, heavy soil, etc. I would rather set the time myself. Performance As I have indicated, this model does not clean as well as was expected. I have to treat every little mark. It also jumps all over the floor when it goes into its spin cycle. We had to nail a board to the floor to keep it from going across the room. Ease of Use I do like the front load feature and the larger tub. However, I would like to have more choices when it comes to temperature and time. There is no way to select water level at all. Design It is a nice looking machine and is easy to load and unload. Durability Haven't had this very long as yet but it appears to be a solid, well built machine.
