Used this for nearly a year. Having a handyman husband and a baby, at the time I owned these, I was using the Duet washer and dryer 3-4 times daily as we also had friends and even 3 cats. Staying on top the laundry you never would have known there was ever a day that anything were worn at my house. It cleans so well and kept my son and cats entertained for hours. I would love to own this again. Best investment ever.

Machine does a great job washing clothing but the door bellows and function button covers are worn out. The machine washes clothes clean and is very fast to go through the complete cycle. I need to call and get the bellows replaced and it might be a good idea if whirlpool would redesign it. The machine is excellent at its intended use.
