Two in 6 years, worst customer service ever.
The refrigerator performed ok until this weekend. When it just died. We were away for the weekend, and lost a freezer fully of meat and seafood. It is only 4 years old. This is my second Whirlpool since 2008. I will never buy another. The customer service is the worst I've ever encountered. I'm still waiting to talk to someone from the Customer Service Management team. they called once, and I've called back and left messages 3 times since then. Do yourself a favor. There's lots of nice fridges out there. Go with a company that cares. Durability died at 4 years
