I bought my Whirlpool One Touch in June, 2006 when we were finishing our home and getting ready to move in.  Immediately, I noticed how handy it was going to be.  Our family was helping us move and, at the time, I did not even have my kitchen counters installed yet.  I was providing snacks and I popped in some popcorn and with the handy popcorn button, the snack was done is 3.50 minutes and was perfect.  It was evenly popped, no burnt popcorn to be found.  Since then, I have used it for everything from melting chocolate chips to cooking a ham.  When defrosting, I just hit the defrost button, choose whether it it poultry, meat, or fish and it defrosts beautifully.  It has an exhaust fan that has a filter, so no extra devices are needed and no holes have to be cut through the walls.  It also has a light to shine down on my Whirlpool stove to make cooking a breeze.  I have had it for three years now, use it almost daily, and it still works like a dream.
