I purchased a 46" Westinghouse LCD/LED tv on 11/21/12, I was happy with my tv and the image was amazing, however it died on 9/14/12. I called and tried to get an RMA for the repair of the unit and finally received one on 10/9/12l; today it is 11/2/12. I had to call the repair center everday, request status and had a different story as to where the my tv was, when it would be returned, etc. Finally today after two months, I was told my TV was not repairable and that I would have to wait 1-2 months for a replacement since they were out of stock or I could request a refund but it would take 10-12 weeks. Do not buy any Westinghouse product, they do not stand behind their product, there is zero customer service! If I did not call everyday, it would be just a closed status with no resolution!. DO NOT BUY WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCTS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT BACK!. Do some research find a place that will stand behind a product, you get what you pay for. Picture Quality Picture was great from 11/21/12 - 9/14/12, then it died!
