I purchased a 46" Westinghouse LCD/LED tv on 11/21/12, I was happy with my tv and the image was amazing, however it died on 9/14/12. I called and tried to get an RMA for the repair of the unit and finally received one on 10/9/12l; today it is 11/2/12. I had to call the repair center everday, request status and had a different story as to where the my tv was, when it would be returned, etc. Finally today after two months, I was told my TV was not repairable and that I would have to wait 1-2 months for a replacement since they were out of stock or I could request a refund but it would take 10-12 weeks. Do not buy any Westinghouse product, they do not stand behind their product, there is zero customer service! If I did not call everyday, it would be just a closed status with no resolution!. DO NOT BUY WESTINGHOUSE PRODUCTS, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR PRODUCT BACK!. Do some research find a place that will stand behind a product, you get what you pay for. Picture Quality Picture was great from 11/21/12 - 9/14/12, then it died!

I have 2 westinghouse lcd tvs. I love them both, the picture is amazing and they are very affordable. Maybe a sony or samsung plasma has a better picture/color, but it would be triple the price. I think the picture/color/sound on these tvs are comparable to many other tvs, and MUCH better than the cheap crappy brands like insignia.

I was suprised by the quality of this 46" HD TV.  Everyone is impressed at the quality.  However, when I purchased a second one, I had problems.  When I called the Westinghouse tech line, the tech actually asked if I had the plug plugged into the television and into the wall.  Ouch.  However, I returned it with no problem whatsoever.

A few years back when television went all digitial, I decided that I would rather invest in a new tv than to purchase the specialty box so I could continue watching tv. I did a lot of research into televisions at the time, and I was very pleased with the Westinghouse brand and everything that I had learned about it, so I decided to go that route. The Westinghouse television was very affordable, which was an attribute that was on the list of things I was looking for in a tv. Not only did I purchase an inexpensive tv however, I purchased an inexpensive tv that works just as great as and has all the bells and whistles that the same, more expensive, other brand tv's had. This tv has a great sound, nice and flat design and has EXCELLENT picture quality! I am very happy with this purchase, and when the time comes that I need to purchase another/replacement television, I will most definitely choose Westinghouse again!

The price can't be beat for this Westinghouse Flat Screen. If you're looking for top-of-the line quality though, this is not the product for you. The images do get burned into the screen a little bit after appearing for some time. There's also a delay when switching between inputs. Otherwise,the price makes it great for any budget-conscious individuals.

We bought our Westinghouse flat screen tv about a year and a half ago, and have enjoyed it.  It isn't the best quality, but for the price, we can't complain too much.  We love having a large flat screen, since my husband watches sports as often as possible.  Several people have come into our home and commented on our "nice big tv".  I would probably recomend it to someone else, but I would for sure let them know that it is on the lower end of quality as far as picture quality goes.  We haven't seemed to have any other complaints with it, though.

Westinghouse - 46 inch LCD Flat Screen TV is an amazing product. I have had this TV for 3 years now and I love it!!! The westinghouse-46 inch LCD Flat Screen TV has unbelievable picture quality!. This product also has great sound quality. My family has used this tv in our common room for three years now and we have never had to turn the volume up past 1/4 of the capasity!!! The Westinghouse TV's are a great value!!! They have the same if not bette picture and sound quality as all of the more expensive TV brands such as Samsung and LG. The Westinghouse- 46 inch LCD Flat Screen TV also features a built in DVD player which is a great feature!! You do not have to worry about purchasing a seperate DVD player and the compatablity of the player matching the TV. I would recommend this particualar product as welll as any other Westinghouse product to anyone. When my family buys another HD TV I know that we definetly will not consider any other brand.

The Westinghouse- 4 inch LCD tv is a great product!! It has great picture and sound quality and is one of the best deals on the market. While other brand names such as LG are more known for thei quality Westinghouse delivers for a lower price. Also the Westinghouse tvs come with built in DVD players and even better product for you money. I would buy this product again and tell anyone else looking to buy a tv to check out the Westinghouse product

Westinghouse seemed to make a good tv. Its a 46 inch tv, so its a good size the only thing is that its not a 1080p. Its a high definition tv. In my opion its a bargan at its price. the only problem i have with it is when you buy a tv at that size you have to have a 1080p for higher resolution because the bigger it is the mopr megapixils you need.

Westinghouse?  Was told by an experienced repair tech that LG, Sony, Samsung, Panasonic, Toshiba all are longer lasting, easier to work on when (& if) needed and doesn't put the repair facilities on the "send it in to us if you want parts or drawings" route like Westinghouse is apparently known for.  Next TV if this one costs an arm and a leg to fix?  An LG, Toshiba, Samsung, Panasonic, anything but Westinghouse.  Mine is only two years old (an LTV-27w7) and is face down in the mud, so to speak...
