Killer design for small (and large) spaces

**Have piles of books and magazines stacked up everywhere?**So did I, until I took action.  I had seen the "spine" bookcase at a friend's house, and in a Hold Everything catalog.   Apparently, Hold Everything has been shut down, its products folded into sister companies West Elm and others.   **The Bad Part**I found the spine bookcase at West Elm's web site, but called my local store to pick it up and save shipping.  They didn't have white (only gray or black) and they didn't offer to order one in to the store, (?) so I ordered it online.  I got a bad surprise, however (see my West Elm review) when the shipping charges were OUTRAGEOUS.  Love this store's inventory, but execs need some serious corporate retreat time to talk about the customer experience!   **The Good Part**The Good is that the Shelf arrived in a few days, and we assembled it in 5 minutes ***with no tools***.  (We didn't anchor it to the wall - it's not necessary)  It's super sturdy, looks great, and only takes up about 1 square foot of space in my office.  ***Libby's Hot Tip:**  The shelves are much smaller than a magazine;  consequently, they don't work, they're too floppy.  So I had to pull all the books from my wall-mounted bookcase, put them on the spine, and put my magazines back on the wall.....FYI!   Also, my friend's spine is a full foot taller than mine.......don't know where he got his.  If I find out, I'll add that info.* The Bottom Line: * **Libby Likes It!***
