West Bend is one of the best insurance companies around.  They have outstanding claims service, are extremely helpful to their customers and have reasonable rates.  They also reward you as a customer for not having any claims in a policy period, by giving you 5% of the total annual premium paid.  They send you a check back in the mail.  How many insurance companies do that?
