I'm getting so tired of big-box companies treating people as insignificant, not that it's surprising. I placed an order for a 'next-day poster' on the Walmart Photo Centre website. The next day I got an email saying my order was 'delayed' with no explanation. I called to ask why and was told that the Photo Centre had no poster paper and wouldn't be getting it for probably a few weeks. I waited for a month and then checked in on location and was simply told to call a number for a refund. They issued the refund but didn't even try to offer an alternative solution (or potential wait time) for getting the print, which I still want! Walmart should at the very least keep the website updated so staff don't have to keep explaining to customers that their orders are not going to be fulfilled.
