Best thing I have used to quickly give me some quick allergy relief. Watery eyes, sniffling off and on stuffy nose off and on... which flares up when someone cuts the grass. I really like this better than 24hour type allergy (way more expensive pill). This tablet gives you relief and you can take another dose through out the day if it flares up again. I think this gives me better relief, once I am stable and feeling better , I can then proactively take the preventative 24hr allergy tablet.

I had been taking Actifed for about 40 years off and on, when they changed the formula. The new version did not work for me. I went through Canadian Pharmacies to order the original (which cost about 2-3 times more) I accidentally found a forum discussing Actifed and found out about Wal-Act which has the same formulation as the original Actifed with Triprolidine and pseudoephedrine.. I was in heaven as Walgreens was less than two miles from my home and at original prices! No more surprise packages from Canada, Switzerland or Turkey via the Canadian Pharmacy. Wal-Act is the only thing that works for me for my allergies. I don't even get drowsy on them anymore unless I go for several days without taking. I am 72 and have been using this formula off and on, mostly on, since I was 18, so---no long term usage side effects that I have exhibited.

Wal-act works great. None of the other allergy products work as well. I suffer from allergies and this is a God sent. Helps to stop sinus infections and if you ever get these then you know the pain you are in. Please don't remove this product from the shelves due to some unscrupulous people. Allergy sufferers like my self need this product. Effectiveness It works and it works good. It is the only medicine out there that does. I have tried them all. Ease of Use Take one pill and you are good. Immediacy Starts to work in about 20 minutes.

After using different allergy medications a friend told me about wal-act and how effective it was. I went to our walgreens drugstore on rockaway and went to the pharmacy to ask for it. By showing your ID you can purchase one 48 pack of Wal-Act at a reasonable price. I took it that same day and was surprised to see how fast it worked. Itchy, watery eyes were gone and could breathe so much better. This is a great choice for an effective antihistamine.

This works for me better than the generic actifed. Although believe it or not, this is technically the original formula for actifed. However, they changed active ingredient in actifed to something else, so wal-act is the only version of actifed with tripolidene (sp?) as the active ingredient. I find that tripolidine helps me more than the active ingredient in the current generic actifed, since it stops all of my runny noses, sore throats, and itchiness. It does make you sleepy though, so I only take it at night. That's usually all I need, since it works like magic. I'm also an imsomniac, so it helps me to sleep too :) and nothing helps a cold like sleep Effectiveness More effective than the generic actifed! Works great for colds and allergies! Ease of Use You just take it, and it takes effect within a half an hour. Immediacy It starts taking effect within a half an hour and takes full effect in an hour, which is a bit longer than the generic actifed but definitely worth it
