I Walgreen's Artificial Tears to combat my dry eyes caused by my Sjogren's Syndrome. This is an autoimmune condition I have that affects the moisture glands in my body. I tried to go without it, and after one month I was in agony, with dry eyes, redness, that horrible gritty feeling characteristic of my syndrome, and the broken eye blood vessels I hadn't seen since I started using the product. When I got back on it, there was IMMEDIATE RELIEF again!! I don't think I can live without these eye drops!
