I first start with a probiotic as a sample, and then i start buying things from them.. And let me tell ya, i truly reccomend them, right know i been using the probiotics and also the multivitamins, which i loved!

My favorite health store ever!!! I have been using vitamins and nutritional supplements for several years and it is often difficult to find a store that has knowledgeable staff. These guys know there stuff!!! Not only that they have great prices and a wonderful rewards program. There vitamin shoppe brand products are awesome and i use them as often as they are offered for supplements that i use. I have been able to go in tell staff what i was in need of or trouble i was addressing and they were able to guide me to a product or assist me in coming up with a program to help with the issue. The vitamin shoppe brand has some formulas they have came up with that are wonderful and unique. There are a few i swear by and will never again go without. I would recommend this store to anyone who is interested in going natural or want to switch to a store that has great knowledgeable and friendly staff that really care about their customers.

This place is a life saver for me! As a frequent purchaser of a variety of vitamins, I rely on Vitamin Shoppe as a one stop shop for all my vitamin needs. There are frequent sales and the prices can't be beat! Shipping and returns are quick and easy and the customer service team is helpful and friendly. Ease of Use I have never had any trouble with the website. Product Selection There have been a few times I couldn't find what I needed, but overall, they have a vast selection that I am pleased with. Product Pricing Vitamins can be expensive and their products are so much cheaper! Additionally, they carry many vitamin shoppe brand versions of vitamins and are always incredibly lower priced than "name" brands. Customer Service Very easy to get a hold of and work with. Extra points for being so friendly and knowledgeable. Shipping and Returns Quick, cheap shipping. Often, I get free shipping deals and coupons. The return process is really easy! I was able to do a quick return and refund with their wonderful customer service representatives.

I receive vitamin shoppe emails. Overall, vitamin shoppe can be very expensive. However, if you sign up for emails you will often receive 20% off coupons. If you combine this with sales you can actually do quiet well. I just bought protein powder I like which normally retails for $69 for $44. Shipping is free if you spend more than $25 which is fair since,any places make you spend much more. The website also has a feature where you type in your zip code and it tells you if the product is available in any of the surrounding stores. You also earn a point for every dollar you spend. If you go to the website you can see what points get you but it starts at a $5 coupon for $100 spent which is extremely fair when combined with all the other discounts offered. There is also an online customer service via instant message. I have been in the store as well. I love in NYC and there are tons of locations. The people are friendly; however, how helpful they are really varies.

Vitaminshoppe.com has a basic site layout and it operates without hiccup every time I search the website. Vitaminshoppe.com provides a basic breakdown of nutrients of most of their products. This site has a pretty good variety of nutritional and health goods. Once in every blue moon there will be deals on certain products. If your don't want to miss out on a deal you should sign up for deal alerts. Once you sign up for deal alerts emails will be sent to your email address informing you of deals on particular items. Shipping is free for all orders over $25 dollars and ships the same day if you order before 6:00 pm. My only major problem with Vitaminshoppe.com is that their regular prices are always 10-15% higher than their competitors. This can become expensive over time, but sometimes you have to give in if they are the only site that offers a particular product one needs. I definitely wouldn't recommend shopping on Vitaminshoppe.com on a regular basis unless it's the only site that offers the product you need.

The vitamin shoppe is a great place to get vitamins. I read reviews of different companies and theirs were highly rated for quality. They often have great sales like "buy 1, get 1 50% off" for their brand (the vitamin shoppe) vitamins. You also get a frequent shopper number and at the end of the year can get $5 or $10 in money to spend on your next order depending on how much you have spent that year. I usually spend about $200/year and that is usually worth about $5. Not alot, but better than nothing. I also ordered something but after I got it, I decided not to keep it and sent it back. They took it back with no questions asked (it wasn't opened, but I did have to pay for shipping. With their sale prices and promotions, I can get their brand of vitamin for cheaper than what I would buy at Walmart, or Bj's Warehouse. They often have coupon codes which is a must when ordering online and have free shipping if you buy over a certain amount. If you wait to put in an order for alot of products at once, you can save quite a bit of money. I never order unless I get free shipping.

Vitamin Shoppe is another one of those stores that has both physical stores and online ordering. If you have a local store, you can have them get stuff from the online store to be picked up in store or just shop in store. Otherwise, there's the online store. I find the people in the store are MUCH more helpful than the online chat people. Clearly the online chat people are just hired as online support. Whereas if the local store is managed well then the store manager will do a good job of hiring people who have an interest in supplements and such -- so quite often they can be very helpful. They have pretty good satisfaction and return policies and their in store prices are quite good compared to most local supplement stores. Their online prices are pretty good. There are some out there that are better but they also have some good sales and promo codes that they put out.
